★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a scooter (125 cc) for 2 days, the scooter was in perfect condition and staff and the owner were really friendly and helpful. Overnight we could leave the helmets and scooter in front of their shop for safety. Would definitely recommend this company and would rent from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a scooter twice during my stay in Ortigia. The scooter, helmet and lock are all in perfect condition, clean and safe. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is really welcoming and positiv (which is not so usual for rental places). I can only recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Sicily for the first time, we was not scure about renting in local offices, but thanks to this company, we had pleasant impressions!!! The team is VERY professional and friendly, they helped us with advice on which places and beaches are best to visit, they even helped with the transfer to Aeroport. They are unice company that will unblock the deposit security immediately after returning the car. I ADVISE EVERYONE!!!! Thank you Ortigia Rent Siracusa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place sucks. First, they did not give me the scooter I rented which was a Piaggio. Then, they charge me €160 to replace the entire seat of the scooter because the lock was defective according to them, but it was already. Finally the service provided is over-priced (insurance, quality of the equipment). Clearly a very bad experience. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To avoid absolutely!! These people are scammers who are only there to tax you once you return the scooter. We rent a scooter for 4 days, and we took all the guaranties in order to avoid a bad surprise at the end (very expensive, but we felt more confortable and safe) and when we made the check in we did't not saw that some piece of the scooter was defective. When we gave back the scooter to the agency we explained it, but the lady did not want to listent to us. She directly told us that we broke the scooter without understanding what we were saying. She just wanted us to pay... It was obvious that the little piece broken was very easy to repair, it has been repaired before us by sticking it by glu. But the lady did not recognized it. The most incredible, is that when we were there
she immediately told us that the price would be around 10 to 20 euros. Then when we came home, she sent us a message to tell us that it was going to cost 160 euros, 160 euros to change a tiny part of a scooter : A SCAM. We tryed to call the agency, but nobody answered. What a surprise!!!
The next ones who will rent a scooter will unfortunately have the same problem... So if you don't want to be if you don't want to be ripped off don't go there

The reservation was super easy on their website plus, giving already all the documents online made the pickup of the motorbike (motore, how they call it in Sicily) super fast. The staff is super friendly and willing to provide you with lot of information, from the route to the weather! Highly recommend.

The offered me a car with Full Kasko insurance for the first week of August at an advantageous price compared to other agencies. The delivery service was quick, as a deposit they took only €100 on a credit card, issued after the car was handed over.
The staff was very nice; they delivered me, according to my requests,a new car Fiat Tipo. I Will recommend It to all my friends.

Because of some bad google reviews I was a bit worried, but there was no need to worry! The people were extremely nice, the scooter worked very well, the employees gave us a lot of infos, easy online booking and no rip off regarding damages at all.
With a car driving license B you can rent a 125cc scooter. We went with it to Lhagetti d'avola. It is a very beautiful canyon between Syrakus and Noto. There we hiked for 5 hours and went through Avola back to Syrakus. You have a scenic drive down the mountain from the canyon to Avola.
I can 100% recommend!
