Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di prenotare il tour delle grotte alle 11.00 e devo dire che sia io che la mia ragazza ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Per fortuna, eravamo gli unici prenotati per quell’orario ed abbiamo quindi goduto il percorso da soli con la guida.
Seby è stato estremamente gentile, preparato sul percorso e sulla storia.
Consiglio a tutti di prenotare con loro!
Magnificent experience!
We were lucky enough to book the cave tour at 11am and I have to say both my girlfriend and I enjoyed it very much.
Fortunately, we were the only ones booked for that time and we therefore enjoyed the route alone with the guide.
Seby was extremely kind, knowledgeable about the course and history.
I recommend everyone to book with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, the tour was nice, got all the information we needed, until we got to swimming. Ladies, don't go on tour with this company if you don't want a stranger (your tour guide) to touch you inappropriate. I wish I'm making this up, but I don't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience with this company. Rented a faulty boat which left us stranded at sea 3 times as the motor cut out after 1 hr. Couldn't reach anyone from the company to help so had to rely on another boat to tow us back to the marina. Appreciate this issue could not be foreseen but the way they handled this incident was appalling as it was "not their problem". Avoid at all cost.

The Lady at the tourist information in Ortigia booked this tour for us. It costed 30€ and we were told it would last for 2 hours and that we would go swimming in tree different places.
Well.
Our guide was creepy af and made our trip very uncomfortable! His second question to us three girls was, if we had boyfriends and where they were.
When we went swimming he made us feel uncomfortable as he wanted to drag us in a cave. Since we had a weird feeling about him, we told him that we didn’t want to go there. But he kept going even when we said we were scared... IN SUCH A CREEPY WAY! When we read the other reviews about him touching women inappropriately we were NOT surprised at all!
... we went swimming in only one place and the tour lasted 100 mins instead of 120.
It’s so sad when such a beautiful tour gets ruined by toxic masculinity.

Don't ever take the ride with them!! The ride was fine, it was about 1 hour and we saw everything that was planed and it looked like it's going to be very interesting adventure, but the biggest problem was the driver because he was such a maniac that he touched my girlfriend on inapropriate places under the water when we were swimming in the cave, acting like he is just showing you around but actually just being an awful maniac. Later he contiuned to flirt with another woman who also tried to get away from him. He destroyed our ride and everything we saw in just a few seconds, don't ever think about going on a ride with them!!!
