★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo Rent a car, consigliato a chi si trova in Ortigia a piedi. Io ho sfruttato la loro presenza in Catania Aeroporto per la riconsegna della vettura evitando cosi spese di Taxi. Consigliato
 Great Rent a car, recommended for those who are in Ortigia on foot. I took advantage of their presence in Catania Airport for the return of the car, thus avoiding Taxi fees. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il sevizio nella norma, purtroppo dopo aver lasciato la cauzione di €50 per eventuali danni e dopo che l'operatore in fase di stipula contratto mi aveva assicurato che entro un paio di giorni sarebbero stati riaccreditati sulla carta di credito.
Purtroppo dopo 10 giorni nulla in automatico è successo e ho dovuto mandare 3 email e fare due telefonate per accertarmi dell'avvenuto rimborso che credo, forse, se non sollecitato non sarebbe arrivato.....
The sevizio normal, unfortunately after leaving the deposit of € 50 for any damage, and after the operator in the process of entering into the contract had assured me that within a couple of days would be credited back to the credit card.
Unfortunately automatically after 10 days nothing happened and I had to send 3 emails and make two phone calls to make sure of the redemption that I think, maybe, if unsolicited would not arrive .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM! We rented through this company as they were the cheapest option. Vincenzo whatsapped me asking to collect the car from Siracusa train station instead of the office. We obliged thinking this was fairly usual. The station was deserted and immediately we felt suspicious. Vincenzo kept messaging to say he was ‘here’ and ‘one minute away’. We realised it was likely a scam to ensure we waited beyond the time we would get a refund. Vincenzo kept ignoring my calls. Spoke to discover cars who confirmed we would get a refund once they spoke to the car company (fingers crossed that we get our full deposit back). Do not book through this company!
