★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gia l'anno scorso per un problema al forno avevo avuto modo di avere un'ottima impressione. Oggi 16.03.19 Sono intervenuti per un problema alla lavatrice, anche FUORI ORARIO E NEL WEEKEND, forse perché disabile, ma certe sensibilità non sono scontate e dovute! comunque sono usciti, sistemato e la tranquillità che mi hanno dato IMPAGABILE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un guasto al frigo che mi ha lasciato totalmente a piedi. Ho chiamato un tecnico che mi ha detto che avrebbe ordinato la scheda nuova e intanto sono passate due settimane. Stufa di essere presa in giro ho trovato il numero Massimo ed è stata la mia salvezza!!! Arrivato dopo pochissimo mi ha risolto il problema nel giro di sei ore!! Grande competenza e professionalità!

Tired of being teased, I found the Maximum number and it was my salvation !!! Arrived after very little it solved the problem within six hours !! Great competence and professionalism!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problema: forno di 15 anni che non cuoceva più bene.
Ho contattato MASSIMO telefonicamente per conoscere quale fosse la possibile causa e avere un eventuale preventivo di spesa per la riparazione, nonostante stesse lavorando, mi ha cortesemente spiegato quale fosse il problema facendomi un preventivo immediato.
Successivamente contatto Davide per fissare un appuntamento, molto gentile e disponibile, l'indomani è già a casa mia, apre il forno, verifica il guasto, il tempo di procurarsi il pezzo usurato: resistenza alta, seguo il suo consiglio e cambio anche quella bassa, data l'età ( preventivo assolutamente conveniente ) e dopo qualche ora il forno torna come nuovo.
(mi ha sistemato, a costo zero, anche un fornello del piano cottura che non funziona bene! )
Sono passati ormai 20 giorni, il forno lo uso quasi quotidianamente, come o meglio di prima.

I contacted MASSIMO by phone to find out what the possible cause was and to have a possible cost estimate for the repair, even though he was working, he kindly explained to me what the problem was by giving me an immediate quote.
Subsequently I contact Davide to make an appointment, very kind and helpful, the next day he is already at my house, he opens the oven, checks the fault, the time to get the worn piece: high resistance, I follow his advice and I also change the low one , given the age (absolutely convenient estimate) and after a few hours the oven returns as new.
(I also had a cooker on the stove at zero cost that doesn't work well!)
20 days have passed, I use the oven almost daily, as or better than before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato l'assistenza per un problema al frigorifero che poi si è scoperto essere legato a del liquido esterno che aveva sporcato la scheda elettronica bloccando il corretto funzionamento dell'apparecchio. Ho visto da parte di Massimo, il tecnico che è venuto a controllare, un atteggiamento di ricerca del problema e della soluzione paziente e attento. Fortunatamente è bastato ripulire la scheda ma sono convinta che altri avrebbero potuto richiedere direttamente la sostituzione e conseguentemente un guadagno maggiore. La spesa per me è stata onesta per l'uscita e il lavoro fatto. Sono soddisfatta perché ho incontrato una persona che mi ha dato fiducia e che richiamerò se dovessi averne bisogno per altri elettrodomestici.

I saw from Massimo, the technician who came to check, an attitude of searching for the problem and the patient and careful solution. Fortunately it was enough to clean up the card but I am convinced that others could have directly requested the replacement and consequently a greater gain. The expense for me was honest for the output and the work done. I am satisfied because I met a person who trusted me and whom I will call if I need them for other appliances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente incompetente, mirano a fregarti i 50 euro di uscita, realmente solo uscita neanche aver provato a capire il problema, ti liquidano dicendo che è saltata la scheda e costa troppo e non conviene, poi ti offrono preventivi di varie Marche che istallano loro. Da denuncia!!!!

Consiglio il servizio.

Ma non finisce quí..
Nella prima uscita parlando un pò di elettrodomestici vari in casa mi fa i complimenti per un frigo ventennale ancora in condizioni OTTIME.
Allora gli racconto di un unico difetto che aveva al momento cioè che chiudendo l'anta del frigo mi si apriva quella del congelatore. Successivamente quando è tornato per terminare l'intervento si accorge ancora di quest'anta del congelatore che si apriva e senza batter ciglio (anzi quasi stizzito della serie "io a te TI DEVO AGGIUSTARE ?) tira fuori gli attrezzi e me lo sistema DEFINITIVAMENTE dopo tre anni di fastidi infiniti, il tutto senza chiedere un euro nonostante avessi voluto darglieli.
CONSIGLIATO ASSOLUTAMENTE ?
