 They had come in the past for assistance on home dishwashers, today I went to replace a spare, perfect assistance, the technician replaced the parts of the basket and mounted on a new one, professionalism at the top, recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una lavastoviglie nel gennaio 2020 consigliata da loro .. un disastro a fine lavaggio stoviglie ancora sporche sebbene mi hanno detto di cambiare programma ma idem come prima .. peccato perché mi sono sempre trovata bene .. ho chiamato per un sopralluogo visto che era nuova ma mi hanno chiesto una cifra spropositata .. anche per sostituire una cerniera che si è allentata su consiglio del mobiliere ma non so cosa mi verrà a costare .. l'ho consigliato a un po' di persone spero loro bene.. oggi ho modifico la recensione 02/12/2021 perché è venuto un tecnico competente ed è riuscito a risolvermi i problemi .. non pagando nulla perché era ancora in garanzia .. mentre l'altro avrei dovuto pagarlo .. (dopo 10 mesi) ..
I bought a dishwasher in January 2020 recommended by them .. a disaster at the end of washing dishes still dirty although they told me to change the program but the same as before .. shame because I have always found myself well .. I called for an inspection since it was new but they asked me a disproportionate amount .. also to replace a hinge that has loosened on the advice of the furniture maker but I do not know what it will cost me .. I have recommended it to a few people I hope they do well .. today I have I modify the review 02/12/2021 because a competent technician came and managed to solve my problems .. not paying anything because it was still under warranty .. while the other one I would have to pay for it .. (after 10 months) ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio di fornitura ed installazione personalizzata di un nuovo forno Electrolux, acquistato direttamente da loro e contestuale ritiro del vecchio forno non più funzionante. I tecnici sono stati assai disponibili, efficaci ed efficienti. A ciò si aggiunga una stupefacente puntualità ed ecco spiegato il motivo delle 5 stelle. Assolutamente soddisfatto.
Excellent service of supply and customized installation of a new Electrolux oven, purchased directly from them and contextual withdrawal of the old oven no longer functioning. The technicians were very helpful, effective and efficient. Add to this an amazing punctuality and this explains the reason for the 5 stars. Absolutely satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato il tecnico per la riparazione della lavatrice. Dopo un'ispezione la diagnosi è stata che bisognava portarla in laboratorio, smontarla........ insomma da cambiare (45 euro per l'uscita). Il giorno dopo un amico e' passato a dare un'occhiata, nel riaprire il rubinetto dell'acqua ha constatato che il tecnico aveva rimontato il carico senza guarnizione!! In definitiva problema risolto (0 euro)!!!!
I called the washing machine repair technician. After an inspection, the diagnosis was that it had to be taken to the laboratory, disassembled ... in short, to be changed (45 euros for the exit). The next day a friend came to take a look, when he reopened the water tap he found that the technician had reassembled the load without a seal !! Ultimately problem solved (0 euro) !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentili, capaci, precisi e disponibili, sia al telefono che di persona. Non so dare una valutazione fondata sui costi solo perché non mi sono documentata a dovere su eventuali alternative: a livello del tutto soggettivo i ricambi dei grandi elettrodomestici mi sembrano sempre un po' cari, ma mi sono comunque trovata bene per la chiarezza delle informazioni sulla convenienza di una riparazione rispetto all'acquisto del nuovo (e mi hanno anche fatto uno sconto sull'uscita). Un grande pro rispetto ad altri risultati trovati online è che Mapatec è un centro assistenza autorizzato, reale, con una sede fisica e un numero di rete fissa....non una voce che risponde ad un cellulare e che non si potrebbe rintracciare diversamente. Mi sembrano molto affidabili, quindi, anche per quanto riguarda la garanzia sugli interventi. Bravi, grazie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio giudizio è OTTIMO. Il motore del mio frigorifero da incasso , un Rex del 1999, è stato riparato e salvato da loro nel 2006. Il 21/3/2022 li ho chiamati convinta di doverlo ormai sostituire. Invece il loro tecnico ( lo stesso del 2006 !) l'ha salvato ancora una volta con una spesa di 130 euro (termostato). Molto cortese e professionale , chiamato al mattino è venuto nel pomeriggio. Mi ha dato anche consigli utili. Quando sarà il momento acquisterò da loro il nuovo frigorifero, certa di un buon servizio. La Sig.ra Marina è un buon filtro , gentile e veloce
My rating is EXCELLENT. The motor of my built-in refrigerator, a Rex from 1999, was repaired and saved by them in 2006. On 3/21/2022 I called them convinced that I now have to replace it. Instead their technician (the same as in 2006!) Saved him once again with a cost of 130 euros (thermostat). Very courteous and professional, called in the morning came in the afternoon. He also gave me useful advice. When the time comes I will buy the new refrigerator from them, certain of good service. Ms. Marina is a good filter, kind and fast
