★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impongono la sottoscrizione di un contratto da 159€ o da 199€ ma non è affatto obbligatorio: quando un prodotto è fuori garanzia, si può ricevere assistenza anche senza questa modalità prepagata pagando semplicemente l'uscita del tecnico, ma loro naturalmente non lo dicono. Non è corretto, è di certo non è legale.
They require the signing of a € 159 or € 199 contract but it is by no means mandatory: when a product is out of warranty, you can receive assistance even without this prepaid method by simply paying the technician's exit, but of course they do not say it. That's not fair, it's certainly not legal.
