★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi collego alla mail di Fedele Gallileo di ieri 6 settembre in risposta al proprietario: Sarebbe curioso avere una sua descrizione dettagliata dei difetti e problemi che è riuscito ad identificare con la forza del suo pensiero, guardando per qualche secondo la spia di allarme sul display del frigorifero e non facendo altro.
Aveva ipotizzato una perdita di gas che anche se ricaricato si sarebbe ripresentata dopo 10 giorni, ma, evidentemente, se il frigo funziona dopo oltre 48 ore dall’accensione il gas non è affatto fuoriuscito.
Ma sopratutto lei non mi ha presentato nessun budget di spesa di riparazione (cosa avrebbe dovuto riparare???) ed , alla mie richieste di possibili riparazioni mi rispondeva dicendo che il frigo aveva 10 anni e conveniva buttarlo.
Evidentemente, lei non ha argomenti plausibili per giustificare la sua incompetenza ed il danno arrecato.

Evidently, you have no plausible arguments to justify your incompetence and the damage done.

Il tecnico mi ha illustrato perfettamente la situazione spiegandomi anche che lo sbrinamento avrebbe risolto temporaneamente la situazione ma il problema si sarebbe ripresentato. L’alternativa era tra una riparazione costosa o l’acquisto di uno nuovo. Purtroppo non ho ascoltato i consigli, ho preferito aspettare e dopo un mesetto il frigorifero ha smesso di funzionare costringendomi a buttare un sacco di alimenti. Ricontattati d’urgenza mi hanno portato un frigorifero nuovo, con ottime caratteristiche e a costo contenuto. GRAZIE DI TUTTO

Chiamati di lunedì da Cologno Monzese, il martedì pomeriggio la mia lavastoviglie Rex è tornata a funzionare perfettamente . Un costo adeguato vista l'entità dell'intervento. Inoltre il lavaggio con il loro prodotto decalcificante che l’ha completamente sgrassata e resa lucidissima. Lo consiglio pienamente.

Dopo vari interventi ben riusciti possiamo dire che siete preparati e sapete fare il vostro lavoro . Sono stati riparati sia la lavatrice Zerowatt e che il frigorifero Candy. Il forno, veramente mal ridotto, è stato sostituito con uno corrispondente alle nostre necessità e con possibilità di estendere la garanzia. Il vostro numero di telefono è appuntato tra i preferiti nel cellulare!
