Ho avuto un problema a una lavatrice bosch dovuto a cause idrauliche non legate all'elettrodomestico. È stato risolto in dieci minuti pagando solo l'uscita.
Oltretutto quando ho avuto bisogno di assistenza su una marca non gestita da loro mi hanno consigliato un'altra assistenza specifica da chiamare.
Assolutamente consigliati!

I had a problem with a bosch washing machine due to hydraulic causes not related to the appliance. It was fixed in ten minutes by paying only the exit.
Moreover, when I needed assistance on a brand not managed by them, they recommended another specific assistance to call.

Sono molto chiari nelle spiegazioni. Possono fare preventivi per l'eventuale intervento da effettuare, ma hanno anche delle tariffe ben precise. I consigli che mi sono stati dati sono stati molto sinceri e schietti, ciò denota trasparenza ed onestà nel trattare coi clienti. Le mie impressioni sono decisamente positive.

I tecnici sono tutti dipendenti dell'azienda, quindi sai sempre chi ti entra in casa (educatissimi); i ricambi sono quelli garantiti dalla casa madre (te lo mostrano). Se hai in casa Bosch, Siemens, Neff e Gaggenau e vuoi un lavoro fatto bene pulito e veloce, chiama loro.
Professionalism and indisputable seriousness. They are keen to offer an efficient and punctual service: the first phone call is enough to book the day of the repair. The technicians are all employees of the company, so you always know who gets into your house (very polite); the spare parts are those guaranteed by the parent company (they show it to you). If you have Bosch, Siemens, Neff and Gaggenau at home and you want a job done well, clean and fast, call them.
