Very nice staff, I took my coffee machine to be repaired, I was clearly explained the details about possible problems and possible repair under warranty or not, also giving me an idea of the price I could pay. The repair was carried out in a week and fully covered by warranty

Per il resto macchina del caffè riparata perfettamente e prezzo onesto per gli interventi effettuati. Ottimo il servizio online per seguire lo stato delle riparazioni.
Four stars not five because I was told about a week for the repair but two have passed.
For the rest of the coffee machine perfectly repaired and honest price for the interventions carried out. Excellent online service to follow the status of repairs.
