Si è intascato 50 euro, non voleva fare la ricevuta (adesso capisco il perchè!!!) e ha detto che sarebbe tornato con i pezzi di ricambio 3 gg dopo. Sono passati 15 giorni ed è sparito. Un numero di cellulare risulta inesistente. All'altro non risponde. Il telefono dell'ufficio sembrerebbe essere un call center esterno e non sanno che pesci prendere (verità o altra bugia?). Quello che contraddistingue questo centro assistenza e in particolare il tecnico nonché proprietario dell azienda sig Negri è un assoluta e spontanea professionalità nel operare sulla nostra lavatrice che peraltro erano già intervenuti due centri assistenza qui nella provincia di Como ma senza esito positivo . Se alla professionalità ci aggiungiamo una forte dose di simpatia questo è quello che io chiamo amore per il proprio lavoro .Complimenti alla Energyclimaservice ed a tutto il suo staff I accidentally found the Energyclimaservice assistance center on the internet, the only one that during the summer period would have guaranteed me the technical intervention of my washing machine. Speravo che la spesa non fosse esagerata e devo ammettere che sono stati onestissimi, il ricambio era originale LG e la spesa per l'uscita e la manodopera e stata corretta. Spero di non avere altri problemi con i miei elettrodomestici, ma se disgraziatamente fosse, mi rivolgerò con fiducia nuovamente a loro.
