A ottobre mi sono rivolta a loro per fare gli armadi delle camere e i comodini del letto. Mi sono sembrati persone professionali e serie.
Successivamente mi sono recata in negozio perché avevo bisogno di un aggiunta per allungare il tavolo e mi è stato detto che sarebbero passati a prendere le misure. Passato quasi un mese e non avendo sentito nessuno ho mandato un messaggio chiedendo se passavano loro o se potevo mandare io le misure.
Silenzio assoluto... nessuno mi ha risposto.
Capisco che il mio poteva essere un banale lavoro e che magari erano presi da cose più importanti..ma credo che per educazione una risposta mi potesse anche essere data.. anche solo per dirmi che non potevano fare il lavoro..visto che tra l'altro avevo già fatto acquisti presso di loro.
Unfortunately I cannot give a positive opinion.
In October I turned to them to make the wardrobes in the bedrooms and the bedside tables. They seemed to me to be professional and serious people.
I then went to the store because I needed an add-on to make the table longer and was told they would come and take the measurements. Almost a month passed and not having heard from anyone, I sent a message asking if they were passing by or if I could send the measurements.
Absolute silence ... no one answered me.
I understand that mine could have been a trivial job and that maybe they were busy with more important things .. but I think that out of politeness an answer could also be given to me .. even if only to tell me that they could not do the job .. other I had already shopped from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 mesi per sistemare male un cassettone difettoso e in garanzia e poi.... non mi rispondono più al telefono. Non spenderò mai più un centesimo da loro.
6 months to fix a faulty chest of drawers and under warranty and then .... I no longer answer the phone. I will never spend a dime on them again.
