Appena comprato la merce mi chiama per assicurarsi che avessi notato la non disponibilità della merce in magazzino e che sarebbe arrivata in circa un mese la fornitura. Gli confermo che avevo notato e pago l'acquisto. Una settimana prima che la merce fosse effettivamente spedita, data la fragilità della stessa si offre di incontrarci a metà strada con un corriere specializzato e fare lo scambio lì in quanto abito a 300km da loro. Impossibilitato spedisce la merce con corriere su appuntamento come da acquisto e mi invia una mail dettagliatissima su come fare per far valere la garanzia sul trasporto.
