Grazie alla sua pazienza ed alla sua capacita' di mettere il paziente a prorio agio sono riuscito a superare la mia "paura del dentista". Il suo team e' molto disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze dei pazienti. A short time ago I performed a surgery with Dr. Zambotti. Thanks to his patience and his ability to put the patient at ease I managed to overcome my "fear of the dentist". His team is very helpful and always attentive to the needs of the patients.

Infatti, dopo aver concordato una visita di controllo fissata al 15 gennaio 2020, questa mi viene annullata (non si sa per quale motivo) e posticipata, dopo nuovo accordo, al 30 gennaio. Il giorno prima della visita (!) ricevo da parte dello studio un nuovo SMS in cui si legge che “causa impegni dottore” (sic) la visita è posticipata al 21 febbraio. Ora, anche questa terza data mi sta bene, quindi ne do conferma allo studio. Finalmente arriva il giorno della pluri-rinviata visita. Mi reco dunque presso lo studio e… che succede? lo studio è vuoto, deserto, nessuno risponde dopo lunghi minuti di attesa. L’appuntamento era saltato per l’ennesima volta, e stavolta senza che neppure mi fosse stato comunicato. Mai successo prima con nessuno specialista. (A quanto pare, i dottori possono comportarsi così senza incorrere in alcuna sanzione). The doctor and his team seem to be very professional initially, only to turn out to be unreliable. In fact, after having agreed on a control visit set for January 15, 2020, this is canceled (it is not known why) and postponed, after a new agreement, to January 30. The day before the visit (!) I receive a new SMS from the study in which it says that "due to doctor commitments" (sic) the visit is postponed to 21 February. Now, even this third date is fine with me, so I confirm this to the study. Finally the day of the multi-postponed visit arrives. So I go to the studio and ... what happens? the study is empty, deserted, nobody answers after long minutes of waiting. The appointment had been missed for the umpteenth time, and this time without even having been notified. Never happened before with any specialist. (Apparently, doctors can do this without incurring any penalty.)

Il mio dottore è Dott.Tiziano ed è sempre stato molto disponibile riguardo le mie esigenze e necessità. Sono molto soddisfatta. Lo consiglio caldamente a chi fosse in cerca di uno studio che si occupi della sua igiene e cura dentale. I have made several visits and works and I am fully satisfied. Always very professional, friendly and kind. I have always found everything clean and pleasant. My doctor is Dr. Titian and he has always been very helpful regarding my needs and requirements. I'm very satisfied. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a practice that deals with his hygiene and dental care.

Ho conosciuto questo Studio proprio da Google (come si fa a trovare uno studio senza passaparola mi chiedevo) - ho provato diversi dentisti, ma quando ho conosciuto Tiziano ho smesso di cercarne altri. Con lo studio di Tiziano Zambotti ho intrapreso un percorso durato circa 2 anni fatto di estrazioni dei denti del giudizio, capsule, pulizie dei denti - Non posso che Raccomandarlo! Ho ricevuto un servizio amichevole Ed estremamente professionale. Se vi importa della qualità e cercate un prezzo ragionevole, non posso che raccomandare lo studio e tutto il personale! A few years ago I moved to Trento. At the time I was a university student and I was looking for a dentist who was a compromise between quality and convenience. I met this studio from Google (how do you find a practice without word of mouth I was wondering) - I tried several dentists, but when I met Tiziano I stopped looking for others. With the studio of Tiziano Zambotti I embarked on a path that lasted about 2 years made of wisdom teeth extractions, capsules, teeth cleaning - I can only recommend it! I received friendly and extremely professional service. If you care about quality and are looking for a reasonable price, I can only recommend the studio and all the staff!
