Tour creato su misura per noi, ci è stato fornito un itinerario preciso, contenente anche indicazioni su orari di metro/treni e precise informazioni sugli autobus. Gli alberghi erano ottimi, sia a Kyoto che a Tokyo. Karen ci ha fornito tutta l'assistenza necessaria ed è stata sempre gentilissima. Torneremo sicuramente a chiedere aiuto ai Viaggi Giovani ;) Grazie! Just back from Japan! It was our first experience in the country, and it was incredibly beautiful. Tour tailored for us, we were given a precise itinerary, which also contains information on metro timetables / trains and accurate information on buses. The hotels were great, both in Kyoto and in Tokyo. Karen provided us with all necessary assistance and was always very kind. Definitely go for help to Travel Young;) Thank you!

Davvero interessante anche l'idea del viaggio in gruppo: condividere queste avventure con altre persone fino a quel momento sconosciute è stata un'esperienza bellissima. Non vedo l'ora di tornare a viaggiare con voi, non appena la mia bimba sarà un po' più grande! I made two wonderful trips with Viaggigiovani, in Namibia and India. Excellent organization, both before departure and during the trip. The idea of group travel is also really interesting: sharing these adventures with other people hitherto unknown was a wonderful experience. I can't wait to travel with you again as soon as my baby is a little older!

Un posto bellissimo da visitare e da scoprire giorno dopo giorno. Guida locale parlante italiano e molto disponibile nei confronti del gruppo. I compagni di viaggio hanno fatto la differenza. Un gruppo giovane e molto unito fin dal primo giorno! Sito semplice ed accessibile a tutti per prenotare il viaggio. Le mail prima della partenza sono sempre puntali e molto chiare. Assistenza super, molto veloci a rispondere. Ovviamente lo consiglio a tutti! First experience with viaggigiovani.it and certainly not the last! Fantastic Turkey tour, very well organized! A beautiful place to visit and discover day after day. Italian speaking local guide and very helpful towards the group. The traveling companions made the difference. A young and very united group from day one! Simple and accessible site for everyone to book the trip. The emails before departure are always on time and very clear. Organizzazione super competente... puntuale negli spostamenti e nell'organizzazione dei tempi di visita! Guide locali preparate, competenti e simpatiche, pronte a darti una mano e consigliarti per farti godere a pieno la vacanza!!! Era la prima volta che viaggiavamo con tour online e con viaggigiovani e ci siamo trovati davvero bene!!! Consigliatissimo! Just returned with my wife from the Vietnam Express trip from 26 Dec to 06 Jan! Super competent organization ... punctual in travel and organization of visit times! Local guides prepared, competent and nice, ready to give you a hand and advise you to make you fully enjoy your holiday !!! It was the first time that we traveled with online tours and with young people and we had a really good time !!! Highly recommended!

Team molto preparato e organizzato al meglio. Avrò sicuramente l'onore di tornare a viaggiare tramite i loro tour organizzati I only had the chance to make one trip with them (Giordania Special), but I would say it was absolutely wonderful. Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend (who, by the way, works in the business as a Quality Controller as well, so yes,she's got quite an experience in this field) went to South Africa last August with this Company. Despite the fact she got in touch immediately with them ( they didn't get few things as expected) nothing was done. This can happen we know. It's the way though issues are handled even later that makes a difference between an average Tour Operator and an excellent one. But this is the least. Guide was mediocre,hardly any information given during the trip and stops and was not professional. Because of him she missed a couple of extra tours that the Company confirmed she would definitely be able to do it and on top of it he had an unacceptable behaviour towards her. No comment about the Tour Leader whom, from what I heard, was on vacation as well. What a joke! Unbelievable. Had I been there I would have never allowed this to happen to her. She wrote again once back home expecting a reply from the Company that never got and that was 3 months ago. I wanted to call this Company now that I'm in Italy. My girlfriend asked me not to do it because at this point it would be just a waste of time so I respected her decision. Regrettably, I guess she's right. Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android
