E	Eli61 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo farmacista, in pratica non fa servizio di turno notturno; ho dovuto suonare mezz'ora (erano le 22:30) prima che venisse ad aprire, la farmacia era di turno; stavo quasi per andarmene e poi è sceso; inoltre ha preteso la ricetta per un farmaco di fascia C (una pomata che non ha obbligo) quindi ho dovuto andare alla guardia medica ecc...farò una segnalazione...pessimo. Ho telefonato per prenotare un tampone e la persona che mi ha risposto, quando ho chiesto gli orari in cui l'esame viene svolto, non mi ha fornito risposta e ha reagito con tono estremamente infastidito, dimostrando scortesia, totale assenza di professionalità e mancanza di rispetto ben al di sotto dell'accettabile. Un trattamento simile non l'ho mai, mai ricevuto da nessun negozio. WORST TREATMENT ever received by a business. No decency. A mio avviso un’attiva commerciale del generare dovrebbe essere contraddistinta dalla massima empatia con il cliente, qui assolutamente assente. Mi sono recata per effettuare un tampone e avere delle informazioni sull’assistenza in quanto studentessa fuori sede e tutti i farmacisti al suo interno si sono dimostrati sgarbati e quasi infastiditi dalle mie domande. Non ci andrò mai più. Nightmare Pharmacy: Unprofessional, uninformed, rude and completely disinterested staff in the patient. In my opinion, a commercial activity of generating should be characterized by the utmost empathy with the customer, absolutely absent here.
