Una persona scortese ed indisponente, che alla mia domanda ha risposto con una risata. Ho pensato che non sarei più tornata ma oggi, su uno scontrino di qualche giorno fa, ho notato che mi è stato erroneamente conteggiato un farmaco 2 volte. Ho esposto il problema, purtroppo sempre alla stessa signora, che anziché scusarsi mi ha di nuovo riso in faccia dicendomi : io non so cosa dirle...a quel punto sono scoppiata ed ho saputo io cosa dirle, sia sull'episodio di ieri che su quello di oggi. 2 negative experiences: the first one yesterday, with a not at all nice lady who later told me she was the owner.
