★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più volte in più giorni che telefono ed è sempre occupato. Se invece quelle rare volte che rispondono, sono di una maleducazione indescrivibile in quanto ti dicono di aspettare un attimo e poi mettono giù la chiamata.
Several times in several days I phone and it is always busy. If, on the other hand, those rare times they answer, they are indescribable rudeness as they tell you to wait a moment and then put down the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto li il tampone rapido con prenotazione ed abbiamo fatto coda per più di un'ora solo perché non c'era differenziazione tra chi aveva prenotato e chi no.
We did the quick buffer with booking and we queued for more than an hour just because there was no differentiation between those who had booked and those who did not.

Tutte le volte in cui ho avuto bisogno di fare un tampone per me o mio figlio non ho mai avuto problemi di lunga attesa, anzi, abbiamo sempre preferito questa farmacia ad altre proprio per la rapidità nel fare i test e comunicarne i risultati.
