 Competent and well organized staff. I took my daughter for a quick swab and they were very punctual in both picking and replying. All printed and with bilingual greenpass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Distributore automatico del tutto inaffidabile, preso prodotto da 18 euro, inserita banconota da 20. Nessun resto erogato, prodotto fatto scendere nel cestello (ma impossibile recuperarlo, sportello esterno rimasto chiuso), stampato uno scontrino incoerente con quanto accaduto.
Aggiornamento dopo risposta esercente: Allora vi invito a controllare i log inerenti i soldi che il distributore ha erogato e troverete che non è uscito nulla, quindi il prodotto acquistato è stato recuperato da un vostro addetto questa mattina, sono stati dati 6,50 alla mia compagna, ne mancano 13,50 e non, come avete risposto "che non si discute", se un cliente mi riporta un problema verifico 4 volte prima di dargli torto.
Completely unreliable vending machine, took 18 euro product, 20 euro banknote inserted. No change dispensed, product dropped into the basket (but impossible to recover, external door remained closed), printed a receipt inconsistent with what happened.
Update after operator response: Then I invite you to check the logs concerning the money that the distributor has paid and you will find that nothing came out, so the purchased product was recovered by one of your employees this morning, 6.50 was given to mine mate, 13.50 are missing and not, as you replied "that is not discussed", if a customer reports me a problem I check 4 times before blaming him.

Alla lettura di un cognome straniero si atteggiano come se fai l'elemosina, classica attività che quando era appena partita erano gentilissimi, poi con l'arrivo delle persone e della clientela se ne fregano
