β β β β β Assistenza: ..solo a domicilio! Ricambi NO. Mi sono rivolto a questa ditta di assistenza per avere delle semplici manopole di un forno Neff di 10anni. I ragazzi al bancone mi hanno snobbato con domande tecniche sul codice prodotto senza "sforzarsi" nell'aiutarmi. Sfiduciato dal trattamento mi sono dovuto arrangiare e le ho ordinate su internet.
 Assistance: .. only at home! Spare parts NO. I approached this service company for simple knobs from a 10 year old Neff oven. The guys at the counter snubbed me with technical questions about the product code without "trying" to help me. Disheartened by the treatment, I had to make do and ordered them on the internet.

β β β β β Pessimo front Office, a richiesta di intervento, dopo una settimana ho dovuto sempre ritelefonare io considerato che gli appuntamenti telefonici indicati non sono mai stati rispettati, alla fine dopo lβultimo βpaccoβ ho deciso di mandarli a quel paese e chiamare altra azienda.
Bad front office, on request for intervention, after a week I always had to call again considering that the telephone appointments indicated were never met, in the end after the last "package" I decided to send them to that country and call another company.

Dopo averli contattati mi dicono che in 2-3 giorni sarebbe arrivato il tecnico, a mezzogiorno del terzo giorno ci chiamano per dire che non sarebbero potuti venire prima di 5 giorni causa ponte di pentecoste lasciandoci a senza piastra con due bambini piccoli. Arriva finalmente il tecnico dopo 8 giorni ma nonostante avessi giΓ provato io a smontare la piastra e verificato che il guasto fosse sulla scheda controllato con tester e comunicato al loro centralino oltre marca e modello della piastra, il tecnico si presenta senza scheda madre, rifΓ la stessa procedura e l' esito Γ¨ "bisogna cambiare la scheda, sono 50β¬". Se questa Γ¨ assistenza meglio comprare subito un apparecchiatura nuova.
TO AVOID. After contacting them they tell me that the technician would arrive in 2-3 days, at noon on the third day they call us to say that they could not have come before 5 days due to the bridge of Pentecost leaving us without a plate with two small children. The technician finally arrives after 8 days but although I had already tried to disassemble the plate and verified that the fault was on the board checked with a tester and communicated to their switchboard over the make and model of the plate, the technician shows up without the motherboard, remakes the same procedure and the result is "you have to change the form, it's 50 β¬". If this is assistance, it is better to buy new equipment immediately.
