Purtroppo a seguito di una riparazione in garanzia, sfortunatamente assegnata a questo centro autorizzato dalla stessa casa madre, mi ritrovo con una lavatrice danneggiata dal loro intervento. Il display che mi è stato sostituito insieme alla scheda elettronica, non risulta correttamente funzionante. Obiettivamente c'è poco da dire, come è evidente nella foto allegata, è impossibile riconoscere e identificare i valori operativi del lavaggio. Confidando nella serietà e la professionalità di questo centro, ho immediatamente segnalato il problema inviando anche questa foto dimostrativa. Non ho mai ricevuto riscontro, nemmeno dopo altri solleciti via telefono. Ad oggi mi ritrovo con una lavatrice "riparata" da questo centro di assistenza che però è danneggiata e non funziona più correttamente. Raramente ho trovato così scarsa professionalità e superficialità. I suggest you avoid this center. Sono intervenuti come assistenza per una lavatrice Whirlpool, il tecnico ha aggiustato la lavatrice ma mi ha rotto la porta del box doccia facendo finta di niente e me ne sono accorto solamente quando era andato via. Non lo consiglio Bad experience! Ho Chiesto il Cambio porta e, essendo loro Tecnici Autorizzati, mi hanno subito contattato. Davvero efficienti molto professionali e gentili. appena arrivato il pezzo di ricambio sono venuti a cambiarlo e sono stati super professionali. Non potevo chiedere di meglio. Magari trovare sempre persone cosi Gentili professionali e oneste. I asked to change the door and, being their Authorized Technicians, they contacted me immediately. Really efficient, very professional and kind. as soon as the spare part arrived they came to change it and they were super professional. I couldn't ask for anything better. Maybe always find such kind professional and honest people. THEY DESERVE 10 STARS
