Non posso parlare per il locale, il personale o la location, ma un kebap così non l'avevo mai visto: con una pasta che mi ha ricordato più quella dei dolci siciliani che quella per il kebap; anche la forma "a piadina" è identica ad un cannolo, pinzato al centro e completamente aperto sui due lati....come dovrei mangiarlo? Con una livella sopra per essere sicuro che il kebap non scappi da nessuna parte? L'ho aperto al centro e ho attaccato a forchettate: la carne sì gustosa, ma con un sacco di pezzettini duri che bisognerebbe saper scartare prima di cominciare a trinciare la carne per il cliente. Il kebap a piadina è l'unica cosa che ho provato e magari non è la loro specialità, e non ho potuto godere ne della location ne della gentilezza del personale che probabilmente è squisita ma di questi tempi nessuno, ne gestori ne avventori, possono più contare su questi fronzoli. I ordered from them on just.eat because they were confused with another "Istanbul" always in Moncalieri. And I regret it! I can't speak for the place, the staff or the location, but I've never seen a kebap like this: with a pasta that reminded me more of Sicilian sweets than kebap; even the "piadina" shape is identical to a cannolo, stapled in the center and completely open on both sides .... how should I eat it? With a spirit level on it to make sure the kebap doesn't escape anywhere? I opened it in the center and attacked with forkfuls: the meat is so tasty, but with a lot of hard pieces that you should know how to unwrap before starting to chop the meat for the customer. The kebap a piadina is the only thing I have tried and maybe it is not their specialty, and I could not enjoy the location or the kindness of the staff which is probably delicious but these days no one, neither managers nor patrons, can anymore rely on these frills.
