Ci è stato chiesto un budget di riferimento e una delle cucine in esposizione che ci piacessero, e senza chiedere altro ci è stato fatto un progetto senza che ci venissero chieste le nostre preferenze per i vari mobili, gole, colori, ante, cestoni ecc.. In un quarto d'ora ci è stato fornito un progetto che non ci rappresentava per niente, e quando chiedevamo informazioni o di sostituire un mobile con uno diverso, la signora che ci ha fatto il disegno, sembrava quasi scocciata. Infine, il progetto superava di poco il budget, e quando abbiamo chiesto quali soluzioni potessimo adottare per ridimensionarci un po' (cosa assolutamente possibile), siamo noi che abbiamo dovuto farci venire in mente idee, perché dall'altra parte non c'è stato un minimo di partecipazione o voglia di vendere la cucina. Secondo me andrebbe è rivista l'attenzione al cliente, sembrava quasi che avessimo creato un dispiacere a prenotare un progetto con loro. We made an appointment for a project a few days ago, but we were really disappointed. We were asked for a reference budget and one of the kitchens on display that we liked, and without asking anything else we were made a project without being asked about our preferences for the various furniture, grooves, colors, doors, baskets etc. In a quarter of an hour we were given a project that didn't represent us at all, and when we asked for information or to replace a piece of furniture with a different one, the lady who made the drawing seemed almost annoyed. Finally, the project slightly exceeded the budget, and when we asked what solutions we could adopt to downsize ourselves a little (which is absolutely possible), it was we who had to come up with ideas, because on the other side there was no a minimum of participation or desire to sell the kitchen. In my opinion, the attention to the customer should be revised, it almost seemed that we had created a sorrow to book a project with them.
