★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistata una cucina a maggio/giugno 2021 e dopo quasi 8 mesi di continui solleciti e risposte inesistenti, il Sig. Gianfranco Petrocco, che ha preso in mano il ns caso, si è reso disponibile, sbloccato tutta la situazione che stava ormai diventando vergognosa e inaccettabile, riuscendo a farci arrivare, nel giro di poco tempo, i vari pezzi mancanti/sbagliati! Grazie!
N.b. Il motivo delle 3 stelle è ovviamente dato dal fatto che un ritardo del genere non dovrebbe mai capitare e soprattutto smettere di seguire il cliente in questo modo.
Purchased a kitchen in May / June 2021 and after almost 8 months of continuous reminders and non-existent answers, Mr. Gianfranco Petrocco, who took over our case, made himself available, unlocked the whole situation that was now becoming shameful and unacceptable, managing to get us, in a short time, the various missing / wrong pieces! Thank you!
N.b. The reason for the 3 stars is obviously given by the fact that such a delay should never happen and above all stop following the customer in this way.

Il venditore mi ha proposto una soluzione base, affinché, ovvio il suo intento, il prezzo totale risultasse il più basso possibile, nonostante io cercassi di integrarla con elementi più versatili e più belli. Continuava a dirmi che altrimenti il prezzo sarebbe salito troppo. Ho atteso con pazienza, accettando le sue proposte. Alla fine mi ha comunicato un prezzo totalmente fuori mercato, molto molto alto, dicendomi, però, che se avessi firmato subito l'ordine, mi avrebbe fatto uno sconto di circa il 50%. (anche con lo sconto il preventivo era il più alto fino ad ora fatto a parità di cucina). In definitiva venditore non proprio affabile e prezzi troppo alti.

The seller offered me a basic solution, so that, obviously his intent, the total price was as low as possible, even though I tried to integrate it with more versatile and more beautiful elements. He kept telling me that otherwise the price would go up too much. I waited patiently, accepting his proposals. In the end he communicated a totally off-market price, very very high, but he told me that if I signed the order immediately, he would give me a discount of about 50%. (even with the discount, the estimate was the highest up to now made with the same cuisine). Ultimately the seller is not really friendly and the prices are too high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato una cucina in questo store. Il sig Gianfranco Petrocco ci ha seguito dall'inizio fino alla fine ci ha capito da subito e ha ascoltato le nostre esigenze. Abbiamo cambiato progetto per ben 3 volte nonostante ciò lui non ha mai perso la pazienza. Con dolcezza e simpatia siamo riusciti a realizzare la cucina che volevamo. Siamo soddisfatti su tutto.
In questo store ci sono persone competenti precise che amano il proprio lavoro. La responsabile Donatella è di una gentilezza unica attenta a ogni esigenza. Un'esperienza che rifarei . Grazie di cuore ❤️
We bought a kitchen in this store. Mr. Gianfranco Petrocco followed us from the beginning to the end, he understood us immediately and listened to our needs. We changed projects 3 times, despite this he never lost patience. With sweetness and sympathy we were able to create the cuisine we wanted. We are satisfied with everything.

Personale altamente qualificato, ci siamo trovati benissimo con l'arredatrice Donatella che ha soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza per la realizzazione della nostra cucina personalizzata nei minimi particolari.
Consegna e montaggio impeccabili da parte del signor Cornel e il suo collega, veramente bravi, professionali e puntuali.

Highly qualified staff, we had a great time with the decorator Donatella who satisfied our every need for the realization of our personalized kitchen down to the smallest detail.
Flawless delivery and assembly by Mr. Cornel and his colleague, really good, professional and on time.
Excellent quality of cuisine.

L'arredatrice Donatella, che ci ha seguito, ha compreso le nostre esigenze ed ha progettato una cucina con isola spettacolare. Prodotto ottimo. Sono davvero estasiata e consiglio vivamente di passare da loro perché, sicuramente, otterrete lo stesso mio risultato.
I bought a stosa kitchen delivered 3 weeks ago. I am in love with the choice made. The interior designer Donatella, who followed us, understood our needs and designed a spectacular kitchen with an island. Excellent product. I am really ecstatic and I highly recommend that you go to them because, for sure, you will get the same result as me.
