C’è stata una piccola incomprensione per quanto riguarda il miscelatore ma che è stata risolta immediatamente! Che dire, servizio eccellente!

Il contratto è stato rispettato in tutte le sue parti e l'organizzazione è stata molto efficiente. Sicuramente ritorneremo. Soprattutto dell'arredatrice Alexandra.
Super professionale,attenta ad ogni richiesta,pronta sempre a proporre la soluzione migliore. E anche in fase di attesa per la consegna,pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda.
Consegna più che puntuale,visto il periodo covid.
Montatori altrettanto competenti,veloci e puliti nel loro lavoro.
Ottima esperienza,soddisfatta al 100%!!

Abbiamo trovato nuovamente tanta professionalità e cura verso il cliente. Alexandra, l'arredatrice che ci ha seguito, è stata davvero impeccabile, non possiamo più fare a meno di lei! Precisissima nel darci le indicazioni per rifacimento impianto elettrico, attenta ad ogni nostra richiesta! Consegna velocissima, montatore rapidissimo e professionale! Consigliamo arredissima a tutti e difficilmente arredissima si libererà di noi come clienti ?
We have been furniture clients since 2018, already satisfied with the first purchase (bedroom + sofa), we come back to buy a kitchen. We have found again a lot of professionalism and customer care. Alexandra, the interior designer who followed us, was truly impeccable, we can no longer do without her! Very precise in giving us the indications for reconstruction of the electrical system, attentive to our every request! Fast delivery, fast and professional fitter! Abbiamo acquistato una cameretta.
Anche se abbiamo portato le misure, che sono poi state verificate da un loro addetto presso la nostra abitazione, hanno comunque sbagliato non tenendo conto delle prese e degli interruttori. In aggiunta non ci hanno consegnato un materasso. Hanno fin da subito mostrato disinteresse totale per la situazione non richiamandoci. Siamo stati costretti a richiamare più e più volte e loro rispondevano o che la collega interessata non era presente o che ci avrebbero richiamato (ovviamente questo non avveniva).
Siamo andati avanti più di due mesi senza materasso e con la cameretta sbagliata nelle misure.
Riteniamo che sia un'azienda poco affidabile in quanto abbiamo pagato tutto in anticipo senza avere il giusto supporto post vendita, insomma, se ne sono fregati....
Tornassimo indietro non ci rivolgeremmo più a loro.
Fortunatamente abbiamo potuto far evitare questa esperienza a mia sorella che era pronta a prendere tutto l'arredamento della sua nuova casa.
Un primo suggerimento è quello di dare più importanza alla soddisfazione del cliente che ha adempiuto correttamente agli accordi contrattuali (pagando in anticipo) e, come secondo, è quello di risolvere i problemi creati da voi stessi.

We bought a bedroom.
Even if we brought the measurements, which were then verified by one of their employees at our home, they still made a mistake by not taking into account the sockets and switches. In addition they did not give us a mattress. They immediately showed total disinterest in the situation by not calling us back. We were forced to call back over and over and they replied either that the colleague concerned was not present or that they would call us back (obviously this was not the case).
We went on for more than two months without a mattress and with the wrong size bedroom.
We believe that it is an unreliable company as we paid everything in advance without having the right after-sales support, in short, they didn't care ....
If we go back, we won't turn to them anymore.
Fortunately, we were able to avoid this experience for my sister who was ready to take all the furniture from her new home.
A first suggestion is to give more importance to the satisfaction of the customer who has correctly fulfilled the contractual agreements (by paying in advance) and, as a second, to solve the problems created by yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente, nell'insieme, non posso che parlare bene di questo mobilificio. Nella fase della progettazione, curata in ogni particolare da Elisa, ho riscontrato estrema cura nei confronti del cliente facendo attenzione alle sue esigenze e richieste. Qualche piccolo inconveniente si è verificato, invece, nella fase della consegna. Inizialmente rimandata più volte (a causa anche della situazione che stiamo vivendo con questo Covid19) e quando finalmente sono venuti a montarmi la cucina, il top non era stato tagliato come da progetto e un'anta era scheggiata. Morale della favola, è passata un'altra settimana per completare la cucina: il top mi è stato montato correttamente mentre l'anta mi è stata "bianchettata"...rimedio che non mi ha fatto impazzire...avrei preferito mi fosse sostituita ma ho voluto lasciar perdere, senza impuntarmi. Ripeto, come mobilificio non mi è dispiaciuto: i prezzi sono concorrenziali e la qualità dei mobili è buona, ma occorre più precisione e più professionalità nella fase di montaggio. Non escludo che possa ritornarci un domani...

On the other hand, some minor inconveniences occurred during the delivery phase. Initially postponed several times (also due to the situation we are experiencing with this Covid19) and when they finally came to assemble the kitchen, the top had not been cut as planned and one door was chipped. Moral of the story, another week went by to complete the kitchen: the top was mounted correctly while the door was "bleached" ... a remedy that didn't drive me crazy ... I would have preferred it to be replaced but I wanted to let it go, without getting stuck. I repeat, as a furniture factory I didn't mind: the prices are competitive and the quality of the furniture is good, but more precision and professionalism are needed in the assembly phase. I do not rule out that he may return there tomorrow ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff gentilissimo, a partire dalla Signora Mariagrazia Valenzisi che mi ha consegnato personalmente il catalogo a casa, che mostrandosi molto preparata mi ha dato molta fiducia.
In seguito ho preso appuntamento con l'arredatrice Federica Veroni, che dopo avermi mostrato lo show room, mi ha seguita passo passo dandomi ottimi consigli con molta professionalità.
Lo stesso discorso vale per il Geometra Luca che è venuto personalmente a prendere le misure, tra l'altro cosa non semplice dal momento che è una vecchia casa, e per i ragazzi che sono venuti a piazzarmi la cucina, e per il centro assistenza e la segreteria.
Vi faccio i miei complimenti.

Very kind staff, starting with Mrs. Mariagrazia Valenzisi who personally handed me the catalog at home, who showing herself very well prepared gave me a lot of confidence.
Later I made an appointment with the interior designer Federica Veroni, who after showing me the show room, followed me step by step giving me excellent advice with a lot of professionalism.
The same goes for the surveyor Luca who came personally to take the measurements, among other things, which is not easy since it is an old house, and for the guys who came to place the kitchen for me, and for the assistance center and the secretariat.

A 4 hour talk turned into a really cool kitchen, every detail has been explored, every demand we had has been satisfied within our budget and the salesman has been really delightful showing his expertise in a down-to-earth manner that didn't stop the conversation. I'm really happy with the result. Probably gonna come back and update once the kitchen is built.
