★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver acquistato la scorsa settimana ben 2 paia di occhiali... vero è che mancano 5 minuti all'orario di chiusura... ma chiedo se posso entrare e mi dicono di sì... con prodotto già in mano il commesso, indicandomi l'orologio che ha al polso, esorta "di va beh ma chiudiamo alle 21:00, questo è un centro commerciale!"
A si?! Di commercio mi sembra non capiate nulla... Non si trattano così i vs clienti , nonché ulteriori acquirenti!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro in negozio e per attenermi alle misure anticovid, non tocco gli occhiali che avrei voluto acquistare attendendo per 10 il mio turno. Quando tocca a me la commessa senza degnarmi di una parola va a fare altro e poi si occupa di una cliente arrivata dopo. Cortesia e correttezza non possono essere un optional.

Personale molto disponibile e molto lavorativo, diciamo che sono obbligati ad essere stakanovisti visto che in negozio c'era una sola persona che doveva servire sia me che avevo prenotato per una visita e per rifare gli occhiali, sia le persone che entravano e compravano un occhiale da sole o delle lenti a contatto.
Se ci fossero state più persone come la persona che ci ha servito sarebbe stato un negozio da 5 stelle
Very nice shop and well stocked with glasses of all brands and affordable prices.
Very helpful and very working staff, let's say that they are obliged to be workaholics since there was only one person in the shop who had to serve both me who had booked for a visit and to redo the glasses, and the people who came in and bought glasses sunglasses or contact lenses.
If there had been more people like the person who served us it would have been a 5 star shop
