Si può scegliere fra tre grandezze di ciotole. Io ho preso la media e ho potuto così scegliere tra due carboidrati(scelti tra riso bianco, riso nero, quinoa), due proteine, quattro accompagnamenti(verdure miste cotte e crude), una salsa, dei semi e ancora un'altra cosa.
Essendo la prima volta ho avuto qualche difficoltà nella scelta ma il personale è gentile e sa consigliarti.
Da tornare per provare nuove combinazioni
Nice idea for a fresh and healthy lunch.
You can choose between three bowl sizes. I took the medium and I was able to choose between two carbohydrates (chosen from white rice, black rice, quinoa), two proteins, four accompaniments (mixed cooked and raw vegetables), a sauce, seeds and one more thing.
Being the first time I had some difficulties in choosing but the staff is kind and can advise you.
To come back to try new combinations
