Subito dopo aver effettuato l'acquisto mi hanno telefonato per confermare i dati di spedizione ed il prodotto e la mattina dopo avevo già ricevuto l'ordine.

Gioco comprato il 17 Dicembre, ancora impacchettato, con scontrino, volevo fare il reso come da policy indicata da loro (dopo 14 giorni) oggi in data 30 Dicembre non mi hanno accettato la restituzione senza una valida motivazione che se non fossero farfugliamenti casuali. Per rispetto non ho fatto polemiche né niente, semplicemente vi invito a non andarci, perdipiù i costi dei giochi PS4/Xbox quasi tutti sopra la media.
If possible, avoid it. Game bought on December 17th, still packaged, with receipt, I wanted to make the return as per the policy indicated by them (after 14 days) today on December 30th they did not accept the return without a valid reason other than random babble. Out of respect I have not made any controversy or anything, I simply invite you not to go there, plus the costs of PS4 / Xbox games almost all above average.

It is a year from April 2021 to April 2022 that I am on the list for the PS5 .. disappeared .. they have never contacted me it is impossible that the consoles have not arrived !! Bad !!!! Unacceptable
