★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono affidabili nelle riparazioni, ti portano via il condizionatore te lo restituiscono dopo mesi ed ancora presenta i difetti di quando l'hanno portato via, sono capaci nell'emmettere fatture per riparazioni che non vengono fatte.
They are not reliable in repairs, they take your air conditioner away, they return it to you after months and it still has the defects of when they took it away, they are able to issue invoices for repairs that are not done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi Chiedo perché non rispondete mai al numero telefonico per assistenza ai clienti, forse perché il cliente vi infastidisce? Non abbiamo diritto ad un assistenza adeguata?? Io sicuramente sconsiglio, visto la pessima esperienza nel "non riparare" il mio condizionatore e nel aver aspettato troppo ad avere risposte. Buon lavoro.
I wonder why you never answer the telephone number for customer assistance, maybe because the customer annoys you? Are we not entitled to adequate assistance? I definitely do not recommend, given the bad experience in "not repairing" my air conditioner and in having waited too long for answers. Good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richiesta assistenza per una lava asciuga Samsung in garanzia, sostituito con un pezzo che a mio avviso non era nuovo e dopo un solo giorno la lavatrice non funzionava. Inoltrata nuova assistenza ma non hanno più preso in carico la mia richiesta. Inoltre ho chiamato Samsung per verificare il lavoro eseguito e loro mi hanno confermato che Sighel aveva già chiuso la pratica come lavoro ultimato con pezzi originali. Le telefonate vengono prese poco in considerazione. Sconsiglio vivamente, scarsa professionalità.
Request assistance for a Samsung washer dryer under warranty, replaced with a piece that in my opinion was not new and after only one day the washing machine did not work. New assistance submitted but they no longer took care of my request. I also called Samsung to check the work done and they confirmed that Sighel had already closed the case as a finished work with original pieces. Phone calls are given little consideration. I strongly advise against, lack of professionalism.
