★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo con questa azienda non ho avuto belle esperienze: se avete un forno SMEG lasciate perdere. Dopo il loro passaggio l'elettrodomestico, oltre a non tornare funzionante, presenta ulteriori danni. Oltre a questo va detto che per la diagnosi ed eventuale riparazione bisogna aspettare settimane, rimanendo con l'elettrodomestico non funzionante, in quanto si riservano un solo giorno a settimana per le uscite nelle località al di fuori dal centro cittadino. Ho a che fare con questa ditta da quando ho un forno SMEG, se avessi saputo che l'attenzione al cliente e la professionalità di un centro riparazioni Qualificato SMEG era di questo tipo avrei optato per un marchio con una maggior densità di tecnici sul territorio e magari con una affidabilità costruttiva maggiore.
Non è vero che i forni vanno in secondo piano perchè meno usati rispetto ad altri tipi di elettrodomestici (come frigoriferi), a cui va data priorità: quello che conta è l'attenzione al cliente ed alle sue particolari esigenze indipendentemente dal tipo delle altre richieste di assistenza in coda.
Spero che la ditta possa fare di questa recensione una critica costruttiva in grado di portare un miglioramento sia a livello gestionale che funzionale.
Unfortunately with this company I have not had good experiences: if you have an SMEG oven, forget it. After their passage, the appliance, in addition to not returning working, presents further damage. In addition to this it must be said that for the diagnosis and any repair must wait weeks, remaining with the appliance not working, as they reserve a single day a week for outings in locations outside the city center. I have dealt with this company since I have a SMEG oven, if I had known that the attention to the customer and the professionalism of a repair center Qualified SMEG was of this type I would have opted for a brand with a greater density of technicians in the area and maybe with a greater constructive reliability.
It is not true that ovens are in the background because they are less used than other types of appliances (such as refrigerators), which must be given priority: what matters is the attention to the customer and his particular needs regardless of the type of other requests assistance in the queue.
I hope that the company can make this review a constructive criticism able to bring an improvement both at a managerial and a functional level.
