★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente incapace di riparare Ariston Hotpoint: non ci ha neppure pensato un attimo a prendersi 30,00€ di diritto di chiamata, mi ha lasciato come prima, con una diagnosi più che sbagliata e una perdita d'acqua che prima non c'era e ho dovuto chiamare un idraulico. Pessimo.
Absolutely incapable of repairing Ariston Hotpoint: he didn't even think for a moment to take € 30.00 of call right, he left me as before, with a more than wrong diagnosis and a loss of water that wasn't there before and I had to call a plumber. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un' asciugatrice presso Artec, ha eseguito l'installazione in 5 minuti senza nemmeno darmi un minimo ragguaglio relativo al prodotto, dopo una settimana dall'acquisto ho trovato il medesimo prodotto a 400, 00 euro in meno!!! Ho contattato il il Sig. Simone Francesco chiedendo spiegazioni... le sto ancora aspettando!!!!
I bought a dryer from Artec, it performed the installation in 5 minutes without even giving me a minimum information about the product, after a week from the purchase I found the same product for 400, 00 euros less !!! I contacted Mr. Simone Francesco asking for explanations ... I'm still waiting for them !!!!

Mi era stato chiesto il modello e dopo tre giorni è venuto il tecnico il quale ha detto che non ne vale la pena ripararlo perchè mi sarebbe costato troppo.
Poteva dirmelo telefonicamente.
Costo 30,00 € per 5 minuti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato filo di ricambio per folletto. A parte che l’ho pagato 7 euro in più di quello originale,mi confermano che è di 10 Mt di lunghezza ma non lo è .non torno a riportarglielo solo per non perdere tempo.andrò a riacquistarlo da persone più serie.
Bought spare thread for pixie. Apart from the fact that I paid 7 euros more than the original one, they confirm that it is 10 meters in length but it is not. I am not going to return it to you just so as not to waste time. I will go and buy it from more serious people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto problemi con il forno a novembre, ho ordinato le resistenze, dopo due mesi (gennaio) non erano ancora arrivate. Quindi ho optato per il fai da me, ordinate su internet in 2 e dico DUE giorni sono arrivate e l’ho chiamato per l’installazione. Costo della manodopera 50 euro (........) e il forno me l’ha rimontato tutto storto, ora che lo chiamo dice che “comunque si tratta di svitare solo due viti” e che per problemi di salute non può venire per almeno un mese e io intanto mi ritrovo ad avere difficoltà ad aprire lo scorrevole della dispensa. Poco serio e per nulla affidabile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un aspirapolvere folletto con un problema al motore, mi è costato 150,00 euro per la sostituzione, ma dopo 2 gg non funzionando dinuovo sono tornato e mi ha detto che stavolta era la scheda da sostituire... Altri 150,00!!
Non mi sono fidato sono andato da un altra parte dove abbiamo smontato il tutto e abbiamo riscontrato che era ancora tutto originale... Non aveva fatto nulla!!! Pessimo!! Lo sconsiglio a tutti
