Nell'ultimo anno Avrei acquistato 3 televisori, asciugatrice, robot aspirapolvere, purificatore d'aria e oggi macchina x pane ma per ennesima volta sono uscito dal negozio a mani vuote!
Nonostante avessi individuato articolo e avrei voluto andare alla cassa per pagare.
Ho aspettato i comodi di altri che erano commessi e fornitori.

Disorder and lack of communication.
In the last year I would have bought 3 televisions, dryer, robot vacuum cleaner, air purifier and today a bread machine but for the umpteenth time I left the shop empty-handed!
Although I had identified the item and I wanted to go to the cashier to pay.
I waited for the comforts of others who were shop assistants and suppliers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il 29 Gennaio 2022 porto il pc che avevo acquistato da loro che non caricava piu' non aveva neanche 2 anni di garanzia il ragazzo è stato molto gentile anche se pensava che non passava la garanzia, ma è passata perchè il problema era il caricatore del pc. L'unica cosa che non bisogna mai dire una cosa se non si sa, ma va bene importante che sono stati gentili e pazienti, sono riuscita a fare capire che non era rotto il pc ma la batteria che non caricava, la Lenovo ha sempre quel problema del caricatore che dopo un po' non caricano piu', lo so perchè abbiamo anche problemi con tablet che purtroppo la garanzia non c'è piu'. A saperlo prima non acquistavo Lenovo ma un altra marca.
Comunque ci ritorno per altro.
on January 29, 2022 I bring the pc that I had bought from them that didn't load anymore it didn't even have 2 years warranty the boy was very kind even if he thought that he did not pass the guarantee, but it passed because the problem was the pc charger . The only thing that you should never say a thing if you don't know, but it's okay important that they were kind and patient, I managed to make it clear that the pc was not broken but the battery that did not charge, Lenovo always has that problem of the charger that after a while they do not load anymore, I know because we also have problems with tablets that unfortunately the guarantee is no longer there. Knowing this before, I wasn't buying Lenovo but another brand.
Anyway, I come back for something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi serviva un semplice adattatore per un jack da 3.5 a 6.3. Ritenevo probabile che ci fosse ma, dopo aver guardato a lungo nel reparto cuffie ed in quello hifi, ho provato a chiedere aiuto ad un'addetta, che mi ha detto che non era disponibile. Non contento, ho fatto un ispezione dell'intero negozio e, alla fine, l'ho trovato nella corsia degli accessori (?), lontanissimo dai reparti pertinenti. Secondo me chi ha deciso il layout del negozio non ha per niente pensato ad agevolare il cliente. Il personale è stato invece estremamente cortese, anche se non molto utile (però devo ammettere che il negozio è molto esteso, per cui avere a mente tutto l'assortimento non è ragionevole)
I needed a simple adapter for a 3.5 to 6.3 jack. I thought it likely there was but, after looking at the headphone and hifi department for a long time, I tried to ask for help from an assistant, who told me she was not available. Not happy, I did an inspection of the entire shop and, in the end, I found it in the accessories aisle (?), Far away from the relevant departments. In my opinion, those who decided on the layout of the store did not think at all to facilitate the customer. The staff, on the other hand, was extremely courteous, even if not very helpful (but I must admit that the shop is very extensive, so having the whole range in mind is not reasonable)
