Dopo 4 mesi,la moto non fa l'avviamento;allora mi rivolgo al mio meccanico che testa la moto e mi dice che la batteria è da sostituire .allora essendo in garanzia mi rivolgo nel punto vendita,che mi dicono cose assurde,procedure da seguire,dopo un po di questioni,prende la batteria,dicendomi che la deve testare 48ore.la lascio il venerdì,la ritiro il lunedì,la
moto parte,il giovedì la moto non parte di nuovo .riporto la batteria, il personale mi ridice che la batteria funziona e che probabilmente è la mia moto che ha dei problemi ,non sapendo che io avevo già testato la moto con un altra batteria in mio possesso.a questo punto mi dicono che non mi avrebbero fatto il cambio della batteria ,io decido di lasciare la batteria al punto vendita per non portarla a casa non funzionante per poi doverla anche smaltire.sconsiglio vivamente,non si attengono alle normative di garanzia,personale,incapace,incompetente,saccente e non qualificato. Un azienda così grande dovrebbe avere personale più qualificato che vada in contro al cliente e non si perda per una batteria di una moto,non ci andrò mai più.
I buy the battery in the store, the same one that already fitted my bike. After 4 months, the bike does not start; then I contact my mechanic who tests the bike and tells me that the battery needs to be replaced. follow, after some questions, he takes the battery, telling me that he has to test it 48 hours. I leave it on Friday, I withdraw it on Monday,
bike starts, on Thursday the bike does not start again. I carry the battery back, the staff tells me that the battery works and that it is probably my bike that has problems, not knowing that I had already tested the bike with another battery in at this point they tell me that they would not have done the battery change, I decide to leave the battery at the point of sale so as not to take it home not working and then have to dispose of it. I strongly advise against it, they do not comply with the warranty regulations , personal, incapable, incompetent, pedantic and unqualified. Such a large company should have more qualified personnel who go to meet the customer and not get lost for a motorcycle battery, I will never go there again.

Personale preparatissimo, capace di offrire assistenza agli acquirenti e consigliare il prodotto adatto alla clientela. Prezzi nella media. In caso non fosse disponibile l'articolo richiesto in pochi giorni lo fanno pervenire e avvisano il cliente tramite sms.
