Hanno completamente rovinato il piumino nuovo di Herno di mia sorella. Il piumino doveva essere lavato a secco, invece l’hanno lavato in acqua!!! Adesso è tutto compattato, ristretto e pieno di pieghe. L’unica spiegazione che le è stata data, in modo estremamente arrogante, è che non era colpa loro se dopo il lavaggio scorretto è diventato così!!! Il personale ha un atteggiamento estremamente disonesto, scortese, arrogante, irresponsabile. A livello professionale, è più che squalificato e incompetente.
NON ANDATECI se non volete trovarvi con i vostri indumenti completamente rovinati! NON ANDATECI da questa gentaglia!! Non sono altro che dei ladri, bugiardi!! Buon senso e sincerità non sono minimamente contemplati da loro!!!!
Spero che chiudano prima che facciano danni agli altri.

They completely ruined my sister's new Herno duvet. The duvet had to be dry cleaned, instead they washed it in water !!! Now everything is compacted, cramped and full of creases. The only explanation that was given to her, in an extremely arrogant way, is that it was not their fault that after the incorrect washing it became like this !!! The staff are extremely dishonest, rude, arrogant, irresponsible. On a professional level, he is more than disqualified and incompetent.
DON'T GO THERE if you don't want to find yourself with your clothes completely ruined! DON'T GO THERE to this rabble !! They are nothing but thieves, liars !! Common sense and sincerity are in no way contemplated by them !!!!
I hope they close before they do any harm to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Martedì 1 giugno abbiamo ritirato un pantalone uomo in lino ( nuovo ), fatto accorciare in precedenza, ma nel ritirarlo la prima volta, purtroppo, era stirato con le pieghe doppie e storte quindi malissimo. Inoltre nonostante sia stata presa la prima volta la misura proprio in sartoria risultava troppo lungo. La signora della stireria molto gentile mi aveva detto che lo avremmo rivisto e che non dovevo preoccuparmi. Quindi, la seconda volta lo ritira una commessa che si presenta come responsabile, scontrosa e arrogante mi ha fatto ripagare l'orlo per intero più il lavaggio dicendo che non avevo lo scontrino ho riferito che non era corretto, ma la responsabile mi ha fatto ripagare nuovamente l'orlo e il lavaggio. Quando sono andata a ritirarlo era sempre stirato con le doppie righe pergiunta macchiato. Riportandolo la responsabile me lo strappa dalle mani e con arroganza e urlante mi riferiva di rivolgermi a altre lavanderie, che loro non avevano tempo da perdere e che stavano lì a lavorare e non a giocare. Risultato: costo 20 euro lavaggio e riparazioni, pantalone rovinato! Aggiungo che all'arrivo di altri clienti la responsabile si inventava che erano mesi che andava avanti e che non volevo pagare! Giornata da dimenticare!!!!!

Result: cost 20 euros washing and repairs, ruined pants! I add that when other customers arrived, the manager made up her mind that it had been going on for months and that I didn't want to pay! Day to forget !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camicie stirate molto male e per più volte, consegnate con pieghe, quando l'ho fatto notare mi hanno hanno detto che se non mi va bene posso anche cambiare posto e che a 1,20 euro è questa la qualità che posso dare (aggiungo un forte menomale, non valete 0,1 euro in più sulla stiratura delle camicie); ma che risposta è? Cosa significa? Ho fatto presente che il prezzo lo hanno deciso loro e questo non giustifica la bassa qualità. grazie per il consiglio, valuterò se cambiare posto, complimenti per l'educazione e l'atteggiamento orientato al problema solving, campioni! Purtroppo il sistema non mi permette di allegare le foto che ho fatto, varrebbero più di 1.000 parole.

Sono andata a contestare e mi ha liquidato dicendo che non era un problema loro, che forse era già stretto prima. La titolare molto sgarbata, ritirato il 22 gennaio 2022 Farò comunque esposto al giudice di pace se non troverò un accordo.

La signora al banco ha giustificato il tutto dicendo che non è stata colpa loro ma piuttosto che non avendolo mai lavato lo strofinamento dovuto all'uso ha fatto perdere il colore. Non ci credeva neanche lei a quello che diceva. Comunque se non volete rischiare seriamente di rovinare un capo evitatelo assolutamente. Meglio una lavanderia più piccola dove c'è un rapporto più serio con il cliente.
