★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Mi hanno detto che il disco rigido era da cambiare. In un altro posto è bastato reinstallare il sistema operativo con un quinto della spesa. O sono incompetenti o sono truffatori.
Bad. They told me the hard drive needed to be replaced. In another place it was enough to reinstall the operating system with a fifth of the expense. Either they are incompetent or they are scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a loro per acquistare una console vintage (Sega Dreamcast) con i migliori presupposti, l'avessi mai fatto.
Ci accordiamo per il pagamento tramite piattaforma PayPal, acquisto "Beni e Servizi".
Effettuo il pagamento, qualche giorno più tardi ricevo la merce, difettosa.
Il venditore non si fida, nonostante sia nel mondo delle console e videogame in generale dalla fine degli anni 80. Ci accordiamo per la restituzione. Spedisco il pacco, apriamo una contestazione amichevole su Paypal correlata con tutte le prove dell'avvenuta spedizione e ricezione della merce difettosa. Ad oggi sostengono di non aver ricevuto indietro il pacco (nonostante tutte le prove di tracciamento e POD con la sua firma da parte del corriere SDA).
Comportamento pessimo, ad oggi persi soldi e merce...

I make the payment, a few days later I receive the goods, defective.
The seller does not trust, despite being in the world of consoles and video games in general since the late 80's. We agree on the return. I ship the package, we open a friendly dispute on Paypal related with all the proofs of the shipment and receipt of the defective goods. To date they claim that they have not received the package back (despite all the tracking and POD evidence with its signature by the SDA courier).
Bad behavior, to date lost money and goods ...
