★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato da Trento Ceramiche parquet e piastrelle bagno, purtroppo già dalla consegna del materiale abbiamo avuto problemi ma la poca serietà e disponibilità del venditore si è manifestata a pieno quando abbiamo avuto problemi con il parquet, tali da dover intervenire. L’ intervento, nonostante fosse causato da un difetto del materiale, sarà a nostre spese e con non poche difficoltà ad organizzarlo, vista la totale negligenza del fornitore, a cui siamo stati dietro per mesi per risolvere il problema. SCONSIGLIO ALTAMENTE.
We purchased parquet and bathroom tiles from Trento Ceramiche, unfortunately from the delivery of the material we had problems but the seller's lack of seriousness and availability was fully manifested when we had problems with the parquet, such as to have to intervene. The intervention, despite being caused by a defect in the material, will be at our expense and with many difficulties in organizing it, given the total negligence of the supplier, to which we have been behind for months to solve the problem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Good and professional until the sale ...... AFTER - SALE the motto applies, you bought it, you paid for it, if you had problems ..... well, you manage. After personal experience I strongly NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prendetevi un minuto, la recensione è un po' lunga: in occasione di lavori di ristrutturazione della mia casa, io e mio marito abbiamo deciso di cambiare il pavimento di cotto, che ormai da 22 anni richiedeva pulizia con detersivi ad hoc e “togli e metti cera” con relativo impiego di tempo ed energia.
La mia vita è cambiata da quando mi sono circondata delle Ceramiche Florim, collezione Casa Dolce Casa Sensi by Matteo Thun. Semplicemente meravigliose. Ho la sensazione di vivere in un centro benessere tipo “spa”, estremamente rilassante, confortevole e con una tale facilità nelle pulizie, che non avevo mai provato prima, con conseguente maggior tempo per me.
Trovata per caso su Internet, ho visto che il negozio Trento Ceramiche trattava l’articolo.
Mi sono precipitata e ho trovato il sig. Sergio, che con competenza e grande simpatia ha fatto arrivare in negozio il campione (era ancora una novità).
Abbiamo conosciuto anche Alberto, disponibile, gentile, professionale e molto simpatico, che con Sergio sono venuti a casa per rilevare le misure prima di procedere con l’ordine ad un prezzo davvero imbattibile!
Ci hanno anche consigliato i posatori, Andrea e Giuseppe, che oltre ad effettuare una posa perfetta in ogni particolare, hanno saputo trovare soluzioni migliorative laddove avevamo dei dubbi.
Risultato apprezzato da tutta la famiglia, figli adolescenti compresi.
Stra consigliato per competenza, prezzo e simpatia.

We also met Alberto, helpful, kind, professional and very nice, who came home with Sergio to take the measurements before proceeding with the order at a truly unbeatable price!
They also advised us the installers, Andrea and Giuseppe, who in addition to making a perfect installation in every detail, were able to find improvement solutions where we had doubts.
Result appreciated by the whole family, including adolescent children.
