★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aggiornamento dicembre 2019: bagno da rifare in parte perche' sta cedendo il piano appoggio lavabo.
Ristrutturazione completa appartamento di 95mq a fine 2017. Bell’aspetto nell’insieme ma con piccoli difetti che denotano poca cura del dettaglio: pavimento e rivestimento pareti bagno impreciso con dislivelli, finitura alu delle piastrelle disallineata, rifiniture mancanti o approssimative (pittura vicino ai battiscopa, contorni davanzali, uscita attacchi scaldabagno), segni dell’allestimento precedente ancora visibili (attacchi lampadari, fori aerazione muri, spigoli). Poca cura anche degli aspetti amministrativi: preventivo un po’ approssimativo che ha lasciato fuori lavori concordati a voce, nessuna foto degli impianti posati essendo la ditta capo-fila rispetto agli altri artigiani portati da essa stessa, documentazione fine lavori mai consegnata. Impresa consigliata a condizione di seguire i lavori personalmente ed assiduamente, se si ha esperienza e tempo oppure indispensabile un architetto di fiducia.

Complete renovation of a 95sqm apartment at the end of 2017. Nice overall appearance but with small defects that show little attention to detail: inaccurate bathroom floor and wall covering with unevenness, misaligned alu finish of the tiles, missing or approximate finishes (painting near the baseboards , window sill contours, water heater connection outlet), signs of the previous set up that are still visible (chandeliers connections, wall ventilation holes, edges). Little attention is also paid to the administrative aspects: a somewhat approximate estimate that has left out of agreed works by word of mouth, no photos of the plants installed being the leader of the row compared to the other craftsmen brought by it, end of work documentation never delivered. Recommended company provided that you follow the work personally and assiduously, if you have experience and time or a trusted architect is essential.
