 I went in to ask for information on my MacBook mid 2010 touchpad crazy. The girl, very kind, rightly told me that if it works with the external mause it is useless to make such an expense for an 8 year old computer I recommend it honestly and loyally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliatissimo. La mia esperienza è stata pessima con loro. Si era danneggiato un hard disk all'interno del quale avevo dati importanti e scosso dall'accaduto sono andato da loro essendo i più vicini a casa. Mi hanno chiesto 80euro + Iva (comunicatomi dopo) solo per controllarlo e dirmi che non avevano trovato nulla! Benissimo! Peccato che quando ho riacquisito razionalità e pazienza ho chiesto in giro e al massimo ne chiedono 20, la maggior parte il controllo lo fanno gratuitamente e se recuperano tu paghi, come mi sembra giusto che sia. 90 euro per un controllo e non avere indietro neanche un file. Complimenti.

Gentile proprietario, a lei non interessa il mio nome per migliorare i vostri servizi e siccome non ho voglia di sputtanarlo pubblicamente non lo metto appositamente. Imparate piuttosto a rispettare i clienti e a non approfittarne, basterebbe per migliorare. Saluti, i miei 80 euro li tenga pure come regalo per la sua attività di basso livello.
Sconsigliatissimo. My experience has been bad with them. A hard disk inside which I had important data was damaged and shaken by the incident I went to them being the closest to home. They asked me 80euro + VAT (communicated to me later) just to check it and tell me that they had not found anything! Very well! Too bad that when I regained rationality and patience I asked around and at most they ask for 20, most of the control they do it for free and if they recover you pay, as it seems right to me. 90 euros for a check and not having a file back. Compliments.

Dear owner, you don't care about my name to improve your services and since I don't want to fuck him publicly I don't put it on purpose. Rather, learn to respect customers and not take advantage of them, it would be enough to improve. Greetings, keep my 80 euros as a gift for your low-level business.
