Anche i piatti dei miei commensali erano davvero gustosi. Da tornare al più presto. Today I was there for lunch, I was able to enjoy a wonderful first course with amazing potato spaghetti with teroldego and buonissi. My diners' dishes were also really tasty. Non ci sono sempre gli stessi piatti quindi ogni volta si possono provare esperienze diverse, ma si trovano sia accostamenti particolari per chi vuole provare un'esperienza gustativa sconosciuta, sia sapori più tradizionali. Le porzioni dei primi e dei secondi sono abbondanti. Al di là dei piatti, sono anche l'accoglienza, la delicatezza e al contempo la cortesia e la capacità di farti stare bene che fanno la differenza. Complimenti a chef e cameriere che hanno reso la nostra serata ancora più piacevole. The restaurant is small and intimate, with an open kitchen. There are not always the same dishes so every time you can try different experiences, but there are both particular combinations for those who want to try an unknown taste experience, and more traditional flavors. The portions of the first and second courses are abundant. Beyond the dishes, it is also the welcome, the delicacy and at the same time the courtesy and the ability to make you feel good that make the difference. Kudos to the chef and waiter who made our evening even more enjoyable.

Sono stata in questo locale nel periodo natalizio assieme ad un gruppo di amici.. il cibo è semplicemente perfetto e delizioso, l'atmosfera conviviale, famigliare, tranquilla. Il cuoco e il cameriere sono davvero simpaticissimi. Ottima scelta di vini, io personalmente mi sono fatta consigliare sul bianco e poi ho bevuto un eccellente moscato rosa al dessert. Consiglio vivamente gli spaghetti di patate, sono semplicemente unici e deliziosi! Il cuoco ci ha consigliato di provarli anche al rifugio Fuciade (dove prontamente sono andata a provarli il giorno dopo!), entrambe le versioni sono deliziose, ma ho personalmente preferito quelli di del gentilissimo Corrado :) Da notare che ho ancora provato la rana pescatrice, prima volta che la mangiavo, ed era musica per il mio palato. Corrado ha davvero un grande talento e passione, e questo si sente in tutti i piatti! Complimenti davvero, questo ristorante mi è stato consigliato da un'amica, e nn si può non consigliate al mondo. Sarà una tappa obbligata per le prossime cene, per qualsiasi occasione! Andateci, andateci, andateci! Really excellent! I can't say more. I was in this place during the Christmas period with a group of friends .. the food is simply perfect and delicious, the convivial, familiar, peaceful atmosphere. The cook and the waiter are very nice. Excellent choice of wines, I personally got advice on white and then I drank an excellent pink Muscat for dessert. I highly recommend the potato noodles, they are simply unique and delicious! The cook advised us to try them also at the Fuciade refuge (where I promptly went to try them the next day!), Both versions are delicious, but I personally preferred those of the very kind Corrado :) Note that I still tried monkfish, the first time I ate it, and it was music to my palate. Corrado really has great talent and passion, and this can be felt in all dishes! Congratulations indeed, this restaurant was recommended to me by a friend, and you can't recommend it to the world. It will be a must for the next dinners, for any occasion! Go there, go there, go there!

Lo chef attento agli ingredienti e la cura dei piatti. Dagli antipasti ai dolci passando per i primi, direi bene. I must say that: very good appetizers, interesting price and extraordinary service… sober but tasty dishes. The chef is attentive to the ingredients and the care of the dishes. From appetizers to desserts through the first, I would say good.

Checked google for what seemed to be a good restaurant but I was not prepared for this one. I have the chance to have traveled the world and consider myself a foodie, wasn't looking for a gastronomic experience when i stumbled upon this beautiful little restaurant but i found it. Incredible experience, local and fresh products assembled masterfully by the chef, who often changes his menu and will surprise you with his combinations and execution. This is the type of restaurant that makes you want to travel to Trento or, in my case, to move for as long as possible to have many more opportunities to eat his dishes. The staff is super accommodating and i suggest you go on an empty stomach and without a rush so you can have the full experience. Great job, and i wish you to get a Michelin star soon! Keep it going
