Ci ha accolto un signore molto gentile(credo il proprietario) che ci ha fatto assaggiare una quantità di formaggi da vera e propria degustazione. Abbiamo anche comprato la carne salada, buonissima! Sotto suo suggerimento, ce la siamo fatta tagliare a fette sottile e mettere sottovuoto. A conclusione, visto che siamo due golosi, abbiamo preso un bel pezzo di strudel e uno pezzo di treccia mochena da mangiare durante il viaggio, a dir poco spaziali! Prezzo totale giustissimo. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca qualità, gentilezza e professionalità. We didn't have lunch, but we went in to buy cheese and speck to take home after a short break. We were welcomed by a very kind gentleman (I think the owner) who made us taste a quantity of cheeses for real tasting. We also bought the carne salada, very good! At his suggestion, we had it thinly sliced and vacuum packed. In conclusion, since we are two greedy, we took a nice piece of strudel and a piece of mochena braid to eat during the trip, to say the least space! Total price very right. Highly recommended for those looking for quality, kindness and professionalism.

Il locale che è anche una rivendita di prodotti tipici del posto è molto bello e soprattutto molto curato, i piatti proposti sono stati tutti di ottimo livello sia per la qualità dei prodotti sia per l’impiattamento, il servizio può risultare un po’ lento ma ciò è dovuto al fatto che tutti i piatti sono preparati al momento. Una nota di merito al signor Paolo che gestisce il locale, raramente ho visto tanta passione e amore nel descrivere ciò che propone e prepara. When we left the Muse we were looking for a good place to have lunch and they recommended the Marcante. The restaurant which is also a resale of typical local products is very nice and above all very nice, the dishes offered were all of an excellent level both for the quality of the products and for the dish, the service can be a bit slow but this is due to the fact that all dishes are freshly prepared. A note of merit to Mr. Paolo who runs the restaurant, I have rarely seen so much passion and love in describing what he proposes and prepares.

Se in compagnia il consiglio è di condividere una delle offerte di tagliere con salumi e formaggi misti. I dolci non ci hanno entusiasmato.. può essere che fosse il giorno sbagliato e non il giorno della preparazione: li abbiamo trovati piuttosto “asciutti” forse dovuto appunto al tempo trascorso dal momento della produzione. Il locale si presenta anche come negozio dove comprare prodotti locali con ampia scelta e tipologia. Good dishes to be considered also as the only choice given the generous portions. The desserts did not thrill us .. it may be that it was the wrong day and not the day of preparation: we found them rather "dry" perhaps due precisely to the time elapsed from the moment of production.
