Oltretutto personale incompetente alla reception per i prelivi:la segreteria non è stata in grado nemmeno di leggere le impegnative dal PC quindi io incinta oltretutto ho fatto la metà degli esami prescritti e accorgendomi poi ho dovuto prenotarmi nuovamente ma in un'altra struttura ospedaliera perché troppa inefficienza da parte del personale oltretutto maleducato. Absolutely not recommended !! Chaos, crowding, long waits and disorganization. Moreover incompetent staff at the reception for the withdrawals: the secretariat was not even able to read the requests from the PC so I pregnant moreover I did half of the prescribed exams and realizing then I had to book again but in another hospital because it was too much inefficiency on the part of the staff, moreover rude.

Ho continuato a telefonare a dicembre 2021 e gennaio 2021 ma purtroppo la voce dice"il numero non è corretto " ho provato la sera alle 21 sapeno ovviamente che era chiuso e suona tranquillamente. Non è accettabile fare un intervento senza gli effetti di una anestesia anche se come dicono loro che la decisione è stata ambulatoriale..... E non aggiungo altro. If I could I would not have put even 1 star ..... I give the 5 stars only for the reception staff and for the health workers. It is not acceptable to have an operation without the effects of an anesthesia even if, as they say, the decision was outpatient ..... And I won't add anything else.

Ho trovato il personale che mi ha seguita sia nel prericovero che il giorno dell'intervento molto gentile e preparato. Reparto tranquillo. Grazie ? I had to undergo a day hospital surgery at the gynecologist of Villa Igea. I found the staff who followed me both in pre-hospitalization and on the day of the intervention very kind and prepared. G	Giulia turrina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono residente fuori regione ma sono venuta per fare le analisi del sangue. Il personale, tutto quanto, è stato super disponibile e gentilissimo! Per la prima volta nella mia vita (e non esagero) la zona dopo la puntura non è diventata dolorosa o viola o cose simili, nonostante abbia sempre un po’ le vene nascoste, complimenti. L’attesa è una normale attesa, non è esagerata considerando che lavorano persone e non robot e gli imprevisti ci sono sempre fra un paziente e l’altro (a me dovevano registrare e ci ha messo penso il triplo del tempo la cassiera). I am a resident outside the region but I came for blood tests. The staff, all of them, was super helpful and very kind! For the first time in my life (and I'm not exaggerating) the area after the puncture hasn't become painful or purple or anything like that, despite the fact that it always has some hidden veins, congratulations. The wait is a normal wait, it is not exaggerated considering that people and not robots work and there are always unforeseen events between one patient and another (I had to register and I think it took the cashier triple the time).
