★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto a che fare con questa agenzia in quanto quella scelta dal mio padrone di casa, devo dire aver trovato poca professionalità.
Un disservizio dopo l'altro. Dall'aver fatto incassare un assegno prima ancora della firma del contratto all'aver dato il mio numero di cellulare alle aziende di servizi per l'allacciamento (quando se ne era fatta carico l'agenzia, con il risultato che chiamavano me quando l'agente non rispondeva al citofono).
Ritardi agli appuntamenti, modifiche apportate al contratto DOPO la mia firma, richieste al limite della legalità (se non oltre) per poter entrare nell'appartamento con qualche giorno d'anticipo.
Ero alla mia prima esperienza e ho incassato tutto, ma nessuno che conosca che abbia avuto a che fare con altre agenzie ha mai avuto tanti disservizi in una volta sola. Per quanto mi riguarda cercherò di non averci più nulla a che fare.
I dealt with this agency as the one chosen by my landlord, I must say I found little professionalism.
One disservice after another. From having cashed a check even before the signing of the contract to having given my cell phone number to the connection service companies (when the agency took charge of it, with the result they called me when the agent did not answer the intercom).
Late appointments, changes made to the contract AFTER my signature, requests to the limit of legality (if not beyond) to be able to enter the apartment a few days in advance.
I was at my first experience and I cashed it all, but nobody I know who has had anything to do with other agencies has ever had so many inefficiencies at once. For my part I will try not to have anything to do with it anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non faccio tante recensioni, solo quando mi trovo veramente bene " perdo" del tempo per farlo, finalmente un agenzia immobiliare che si prende a cuore l'esigenza dei clienti che vogliono comprare casa, non ho concluso per mie problematiche (ho cambiato città per improrogabili necessità lavorative), ma gli appartamenti (molto belli e a prezzo onesto/di mercato) e la vera professionalità mostratami devono essere riconosciute, bravi
