Partiamo il mattino seguente dalla provincia di Macerata appositamente quando a metà veniamo contattati da addetto dell’agenzia il quale ci dice che la stanza non è più disponibile. Mio amico francese ke cercava da comprare un appartamento a Trento è stato seguito molto bene, accompagnato x ben 2 volte con loro mezzo (lui ancora nn conosce la città) a fare documenti italiani, chiamato al consolato francese a Trento x avere delle carte, stampato tutto in Francese in modo ke lui possa capire tutto e così stia tranquillo.

My congratulations to Andrea and Sandro, (and also to the kind and explanatory secretary) for their professionalism, kindness, availability and courtesy.
My French friend who was looking to buy an apartment in Trento was followed very well, accompanied by them twice (he still doesn't know the city) to make Italian documents, called to the French consulate in Trento to have papers, printed all in French so he can understand everything and so rest assured.

Ho trovato una persona estremamente competente con una particolare sensibilità nel riconoscere le mie esigenze e le mie paure.

I did not know the activities of a real estate agency. I needed it for the sale of my mini-apartment and the purchase of a larger apartment. I met Andrea Rizzi, his collaborators and his "House Solution" real estate agency.
I have found an extremely competent person with a particular sensitivity in recognizing my needs and my fears.
It was like embarking on a "thoughtless" journey. Small bureaucratic, planning and legal hitches were gradually resolved.
Complex activity that combines relationship skills, technical competence, trust and recognition of the different sensitivities of seller and buyer.
For all these reasons, I would definitely recommend the "House Solution" real estate agency.
