★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella mia esperienza, mi sono trovata bene per quanto riguardava la casa presa in affitto, ma l'agente ha lavorato in maniera piuttosto grossolana e poco professionale. Prima infatti mi ha preventivato una data di possibile trasferimento che poi è slittata di dieci giorni, inoltre mi ha consigliato di intestarmi le utenze, cosa che era assolutamente sconveniente nel mio caso facendomi perdere più di un centinaio di euro. Infine, al momento di fare la voltura delle utenze per l'inquilino successivo, nonostante l'agente avesse detto che se ne sarebbe fatto carico, ho dovuto sollecitare e chiamare personalmente il centralino perché ho scoperto che era rimasto il mio nominativo sui rifiuti.
Sono rimasta ancora più delusa poi dalla completa mancanza di riconoscimento dello sbaglio. Penso che un agente immobiliare serio dovrebbe essere una persona di cui fidarsi in serenità e non una fonte di stress.
In my experience, I felt comfortable with the rented house, but the agent worked in a rather coarse and unprofessional way. Before, in fact, he budgeted me for a date of possible transfer which then slipped by ten days, he also advised me to register the utilities, which was absolutely inconvenient in my case, making me lose more than a hundred euros. Finally, when making the transfer of the utilities for the next tenant, despite the agent having said that he would take care of it, I had to solicit and call the switchboard personally because I discovered that my name was left on the waste.
I was even more disappointed then by the complete lack of recognition of the mistake. I think a serious realtor should be a person to be trusted in serenity and not a source of stress.

Ci hanno parallelamente proposto alcune soluzioni per la nuova casa e sono stati molto disponibili a supportarci nell'acquisto della nuova casa anche se trovata da noi tramite privati.
I tempi dell'intero percorso di vendita / acquisto sono stati sincronizzati e ci siamo sentiti seguiti dall'inizio alla fine.
