★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commesse molto scortesi e assolutamente troppo invadenti. Se entro in un negozio devo essere libera di poter visionare i capi senza sentirmi la commessa con il fiato sul collo che interviene anche se non espressamente interpellata con il solo scopo di vendermi la qualunque!!
Very rude and absolutely too intrusive orders. If I go into a shop I have to be free to be able to view the clothes without feeling the order with the breath on my neck that intervenes even if not expressly consulted with the sole purpose of selling me whatever!

Tutti i capi si sono rovinati presto, nonostante un utilizzo normale in ufficio, perdendo fili e scucendosi. Sconsiglio l'acquisto di questa marca.
I purchased several knitwear items in this shop, both summer and winter, all very beautiful. Unfortunately I found that the quality is very poor indeed. All items were soon ruined, despite normal use in the office, losing threads and getting unstitched. I do not recommend the purchase of this brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo comprare online ma sono andato nel negozio fisico solo per farmi coccolare dal personale specializzato che mi ha chiarito i dubbi che avevo sui vari tessuti. Non ho comprato niente, anzi, ho avuto la facciatosta di chiedere un omaggio gratuito e ancora mi hanno trattato bene. Ci tornerò prossimamente e non per richiedere solo articoli a gratis. Sono stato in un paio di outlet falconeri ma gli articoli che vale la pena comprare sono in negozio. Stesso discorso per intimissimi.
I wanted to buy online but I went to the physical store just to be pampered by the specialized staff who clarified the doubts I had about the various fabrics. I didn't buy anything, on the contrary, I had the nerve to ask for a free gift and they still treated me well. I'll be back soon and not to request only free items. I've been to a couple of Falconeri outlets but the items worth buying are in the shop. Same goes for intimissimi.
