Io do una stella perché il camerino claustrofobico a causa delle dimensioni ridotte non è dotato di sedia o appoggio per provare un qualsiasi capo. Un altra nota negativa va data alla scarsa areazione nel periodo estivo dell' anno pur avendo un impianto di condizionamento . Essendo obbligati a causa covid 19 all' uso della mascherina l'esperienza che proverete si avvicinerà più ad una sauna che ad una giro di shopping!

I give a star because the claustrophobic dressing room due to its small size does not have a chair or support to try on any garment. Another negative note should be given to the poor ventilation in the summer of the year despite having an air conditioning system. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono sono recata per degli acquisti presso tezenis situato nel centro di Trento.... Commessa che faceva le veci anche di cassiera maleducatissima... Io ora posso capire che era in dolce attesa e magari stanca....ma vi posso assicurare che ci sono modi e modi di rispondere alle clienti.... Cmq da domani non farò piu acquisti in quel negozio andrò al top center....
Today I went for some purchases at tezenis located in the center of Trento .... Saleswoman who also acted as a rude cashier ... Now I can understand that she was pregnant and maybe tired .... but I can ensure that there are ways and ways of responding to customers .... Anyway from tomorrow I will no longer make purchases in that shop I will go to the top center ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pochi giorni fa ho fatto un giretto in questo negozio. Beh che dire le collezioni molto belle, molto fornito. Ma ora parliamo delle commesse. In vita mia non ho mai incontrato commesse cosi maleducate, poco professionali e molto aggressive. Ho chiesto una semplice informazione, mi è stato risposto in maniera molto sgarbata e senza motivo. Inutile dire che in questo negozio non tornerò mai più e consiglio alle commesse di portare rispetto alla clientela.
A few days ago I took a stroll around this shop. Well what about the very nice collections, very well stocked. But now let's talk about the orders. In my life I have never met such rude, unprofessional and very aggressive salespeople. I asked for a simple information, I was answered in a very rude way and for no reason. Needless to say, I will never go back to this shop and I advise shop assistants to show respect for their customers.

Ask and .... you still have to make do .. if the answers to a "hello sorry I can't find the size I can ask you if you have etc .." they are "eh the sizes are there" ... thanks for the help!
