Entrambe le volte sono stato indirizzato ad un loro agente, il quale si è mostrato assolutamente indisposto nel venire incontro alle esigenze circa gli orari di visita degli appartamenti. In ambedue i casi, dopo il confronto con l'operatore, mi è stato detto che sarei stato richiamato per sapere data e ora per la visita. Non mi hanno mai richiamato nessuna delle due volte. Per di più, tra la prima e la seconda esperienza, uno degli appartamenti che volevo vedere era già stato locato. Bad service and zero professionalism. I have contacted the agency twice to see some apartments. Both times I was referred to one of their agents, who was absolutely indisposed in meeting the needs regarding the visiting hours of the apartments. In both cases, after the discussion with the operator, I was told that I would be called back to find out the date and time for the visit. They never called me back either time. Moreover, between the first and second experience, one of the apartments I wanted to see had already been rented.
