Per sapere in che condizione era il tetto dell'immobile ho dovuto contare l'amministratore del condominio mentre quello dell'agenzia mi aveva comunicato che era stato recentemente rifatto. Nelle rare occasioni on cui ho avuto risposta per gli annunci trovati sul loro sito, al momento di prendere accordi gli appartamenti non erano, il più delle volte, disponibili. Ho lasciato i miei contattati e più volte sollecitato chi di dovere ad avvertirmi in caso di nuovi annunci, per poi vederne di nuovi che, puntualmente, non mi venivano segnalati. Solo per citare l'ultimo episodio, ho mandato due mail e telefonato per un monolocale. Alla telefonata delle 9.30 la replica della signora è stata "non so di cosa parla, sono appena arrivata in ufficio". Dopo la mail in cui ribadivo che gli annunci non mi venivano segnalati, mi è stato risposto che, tanto per cambiare, l'appartamento era già stato locato. L'impressione è quella di un pressappochismo professionale e di una cura del cliente inesistente, per cui, se cercate una qualsiasi soluzione d'affitto vi invito a rivolgervi altrove. On the rare occasions that I had a response for the advertisements found on their site, at the time of making arrangements the apartments were, more often than not, available. I left my contacts and repeatedly urged those in duty to warn me in case of new announcements, to then see new ones that, on time, were not reported to me. Just to mention the last episode, I sent two emails and phoned for a studio apartment. On the phone call at 9.30, the lady's reply was "I don't know what you're talking about, I've just arrived at the office". After the email in which I reiterated that the ads were not reported to me, I was told that, for a change, the apartment had already been rented. The impression is that of professional carelessness and non-existent customer care, so if you are looking for any rental solution, I invite you to go elsewhere.

Il canone mensile era di 360 (un po' alto visto che la casa è stata costruita un secolo fa, è in condizioni pessime, le stanze non sono per nulla isolate tra loro né tantomeno con l'appartamento di fianco). Per tre mesi l'agenzia ha chiesto 430 euro di contributo, cifra spropositata per così poco tempo, soprattutto visto che non mi hanno fornito alcun aiuto con nessuna questione, spesso nemmeno rispondendo ai messaggi. Il contratto che mi hanno dato da firmare era un palese copia e incolla di un altro con numerosissime sviste. Tra le sviste più gravi: ci eravamo accordati a voce che 360 fosse il prezzo mensile tutto compreso, mentre sul contratto era scritto che le utenze erano a mio carico. Se avessi firmato il contratto con quella clausola avrei dovuto pagare le utenze? Impossibile saperlo, ma vista la situazione complessiva immagino di sì. Una volta segnalati i refusi questi sono stati corretti e, alla fine ho pagato quanto pattuito nel contratto e i soldi della cauzione sono stati restituiti. Resta un'esperienza scoraggiante. If I had signed the contract with that clause, would I have had to pay the utilities? Impossible to know, but given the overall situation I guess so. Once the typos were reported, they were corrected and, in the end, I paid the amount agreed in the contract and the bail money was returned. It remains a daunting experience.

We had great difficulty getting ahold of other real estate agents in Trento, but Paride was very responsive and professional throughout the process. As a foreigner recently moved to Italy I was looking for an appartment to rent in Trento and Avore was one of the few that answered my request under Casa.it website. They helped with everything from showing me the appartment and talking with the owner to the negotiation of the rent proposal and elaboration of the contract. Their office is cozy and organized and the staff that supported me was always available and ready to answer my many questions.
