Abbiamo incontrato e conosciuto molte agenzie presenti in città. All’appuntamento tutti ci intrattenevano con la storia della loro agenzia e la loro percentuale, con i loro algoritmi e statistiche per capire quanto potesse rendere l’appartamento. Incontrata Luciana però ci ha dato subito fiducia. Rassicurante! E’ stata l’unica che si è interessata prima a noi cercando di capire le nostre necessità, aspettative e soprattutto paure dato che eravamo alla nostra prima esperienza. Agente super attivo e preparato. Indiscutibile esperienza sul campo e infinita disponibilità dimostrata anche durante tutte le nuove ed improvvise difficoltà legate al lockdown. Gestione con tatto e giudizio di qualsiasi criticità e a qualsiasi ora del giorno, incaricandosi spesso delle incombenze con gli affittuari e rimettendoci anche personalmente! Sa consigliare e mettere in guardia sugli eventuali rischi! Non siamo mai rimasti soli! Super attiva e con una mole di lavoro considerevole che conferma ovviamente la quantità di persone che si affidano a lei! Consiglio senza alcun dubbio!
