I give 0 stars but I don't have the option. Findomestic's system can automatically do anything it wants in any case. Accept or decline. Always to be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono cliente findomestic da circa due anni premetto di aver sempre pagato regolare le rate in scadenza di ogni mese .. negli ultimi 2 mesi mi è andata insoluta dalla mia banca . per dei malintesi personali . ricorrendo immediatamente nel saldare il ritardo se pur con 31 € di oneri finanziari (onesti ).
Qualche settimana fa findomestic mi contatta per offerte essendo considerato "Buon cliente findomestic " allora fisso appuntamento presso la sede di Trento considerando che abito ad Arco , mi propongono una possibilità di modifica del mio contratto finanziario .. attendo qualche giorno per la risposta andata negativa per mancato pagamento per il disguido delle ultime 2 rate che sono state pagate e di qui non sono a debito .sono rimasto particolarmente dispiaciuto non tanto per quello che mi serviva ma per la considerazione e fiducia verso un cliente che paga e non ha rettati precedenti .. sconsiglio findomestic poca serietà ... e sempre convinti di essere nella ragione..mai mai mai più.
I have been a findomestic customer for about two years. I state that I have always paid regular installments due for each month .. in the last 2 months I have been unpaid by my bank. for personal misunderstandings. resorting immediately to paying the delay, albeit with 31 € of (honest) financial charges.
A few weeks ago findomestic contacted me for offers being considered a "Good findomestic customer" then fixed an appointment at the Trento office considering that I live in Arco, they offer me the possibility of changing my financial contract .. I wait a few days for the negative answer for failure to pay for the inconvenience of the last 2 installments that have been paid and from here I am not in debt. I was particularly sorry not so much for what I needed but for the consideration and trust in a customer who pays and has not corrected previous ones .. I do not recommend findomestic little seriousness ... and always convinced of being in the right .. never never never again.
