5 casse di qui due automatiche solo due aperte, visto che in pausa pranzo con solo un'ora a disposizione dovevo prelevare il bonifico (busta paga) e anche quantità di persone in attesa, chiedo gentilmente al vicedirettore sé possibile aprire un'altra cassa... Risposta categorica "no non apriamo un'altra cassa".
Non posso essere contenta di questo servizio dove uno deva aspettare un'ora in una banca tra l'altro l'unica abilitata in tutto Trento per questo tipo di bonifico bancario, avendo a disposizione altri sportelli..
Posso capire che ogni posto di lavoro ha le sue esigenze e i suoi motivi per le la loro gestione del pubblico, tuttavia mi sembra esagerato far aspettare quasi un'ora ai clienti.
Sicuramente non la sceglierei mai per avere il mio conto bancario.
